After the fix the drive was smooth and I was able to trade-in the vehicle for a new purchase. Great Service! Ryan was very helpful!

Quick, kind and got the job done. Hard to find straightforward mechanics who feel trustworthy. I’ve recommended them to those in area. I will say the cost was high. I went for a replacement horn that came out to over $280 - average horn replacement for my car type is no more than $150. I did decide to add on an oil change which was fairly priced.

Very competent staff and they work efficiently and thoroughly. Prices are reasonable for services and their online system keeps customers in full control--each individual service on the estimate can be approved or declined. If a potential service doesn't make sense based on the cost, they won't try and push it to make a sale. They'll actually tell you it doesn't make sense.

Tremendous service! Jordan has taken care of a 120K mile service, oil leak, exhaust leak and tire pressure sensor replacement for my Subaru. He even found a nail in my tire I hadn't noticed and saved me a future headache with that. They are extremely competent in all the work they do. Bids are given ahead of time and pricing is reasonable. They have answered any questions as to why something should be fixed, risks of not fixing it, etc. I don't know much at all about engines and feel completely comfortable asking for things to be explained. I could not be happier. Thanks guys!

These guys have restored my faith in mechanics. Jordan took care of me from day one. The communication was excellent and I knew exactly what to expect and timelines. When my check engine light came on and it was determined to be the catalytic converter, they replaced it and went above and beyond to make sure everything was repaired. When the engine light reappeared and the replacement part was found to be faulty, they replaced that immediately and ensured that the new part was working properly. They did all of this in a timely manner and most importantly did not take advantage of me with unexpected costs! I can confidently say they’ve earned my future business and my recommendation.

All the crew are amazing with their caring, honest approach to diagnose and not change good parts out, but be precise. I went to 6 shops, including Audi Plano service center Major's identification of the low voltage from the ecm to the A5 Quattro camshaft position sensor. They swapped parts from left to right to confirm the cam parts were good, but the ecm was not . I got an estimate, and insurance covered my bills, too . My car was waiting on parts at their lot for weeks with no parking fees when parts were ordered. The staff will earn your trust . The manager will follow up to make everything right also.

I just needed an oil change but I got in with no appointment and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. They also checked fluid levels and brakes and advised me my belt would need changed at some point this year. Staff were personable and pleasant to chat with! A very positive experience!

I visited the shop about 3 weeks ago to get my rotors changed. The work was pretty good but the 2 stars reflect the price. I paid over $1200 for rotor replacement only, as you can see in the screenshot, my brakes were good but; even if they were not, that is still a steep amount. According to Kelley Blue Book, parts and labor should not exceed $600 for all four brakes and rotors. Also to add, if these were top notch parts, I was not given different options to choose from. I am not trying to talk bad about the business because they are good at what they do; however, I do think there are places to get work done on your vehicle that are accurate to the amount it takes.

I always have a good experience at this shop. I believe the mechanics to be knowledgeable and efficient. I love that they give you a free Lyft to and from a destination of your choosing so you can go on with your life while they work on your car. Their diagnostic is always accurate and their prices, while not the lowest, are still a good value.

I had a wonderful experience with major automotive. Customer service was great. My service advisor was Jordan. He explained everything from the time needed and the cost of the repair. They even have financial options available, which was very great in my case they even did another check to see if there were any other issues with my vehicle and I do have other issues that I am going to again trust them to do that work as well. I have already recommended major automotive to others that need their vehicle repaired.

I had a great experience here. They quickly took care of my car’s issue and did a comprehensive look at all parts of my car. They also washed it and cleaned the interior which I did not expect, and it was greatly appreciated. Prices are fair and transparent and you can approve / decline any service. Very nice staff but price is radiculus. I paid for my lack of research. Changed two front wheels bearing and hub assembly for my 2019 Raptor. Stuff says it’s after market and not even OEM , quoted me a price of $650 each for material, cost me $1300 for two and like $700 labors. I checked later the OEM is $280 each, and this auto shop charged me $650 for NON-OEM Guys do your research before you authorize to move forward. Thank you again those nice staffs.

I went in to Major Automotive today to get a PPI on a vehicle I'm purchasing. Jordan walked me through the entire process and made everything clear and easy to understand. The environment is professional and all of the information both from my car's inspection and the estimate were provided to me in clear written form. Everything was sent to me digitally so it was easy to review and approve or decline services. The PPI was very competitively priced, and while the pricing for other services was more in line with dealership pricing, the level of service reflects that. I believe you get what you pay for, so depending on the service, I would still opt to come here. They even arranged an Uber to get me home and back to pick up my car, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

This shop completely deceived me. They sent me a “free diagnostic” coupon, then told me the repairs they recommended would absolutely fix my Infiniti QX60 (check engine light and no acceleration). I trusted their word and paid $761.36. When I picked up the car, it had the exact same problem. Nothing was fixed. Instead of taking responsibility, they demanded another $550 just to “re-diagnose” the same issue they failed to repair. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to keep charging more money. Very unprofessional and dishonest experience. I would strongly warn others to be careful before trusting this shop.
