Overall happy with the experience. Im very thankful that they are open early in the mornings before work. The service seemed a little slow, but in their defense there was only 1 technician and the manager. A little pricey for 1 tire but I needed one quickly and that was the only option.

Went to Firestone in Plano to get new tires and oil Change dropped off my car. The tech called me hours later looking for the wheel lock key and informed me that they tore the car apart looking for it which by the way called me hours later after I had dropped off the car. Then took all day to oil change and change the tires finally at closing time I was still waiting for my car in the dark I am assuming now that they waited till closing because they knew had bad they damage my rim so then they park the car in the tightest parking space away from me in the dark I am assuming to hide the damage Rim. The Rim Looks like someone tried to pry off the mag with a crowbar. Called them they said they contacted the manager but no reponse from anyone after texting them the pics no one ever responded to me about it I will never go to Firestone again. I asked what can be done to make up for this all I wanted was a response saying we are sorry and maybe some credit back to make up for the damaged rim, but got nothing from them except ignored.

Brought my wifes 2018 Ford Focus ST to this location for an alignment and they insist the front tie rods get replaced. Fast forward 5 months and I go to drive the car and the steering wheel isn't centered and I hear a metal clunking coming from the front end when turning the wheel. Turns out both front tie rods have come loose as Firestone doesn't use thread locker and/or didn't tighten them sufficiently. I wouldn't recommend them to service anything critical on your vehicle as this is dangerous. We will be taking this car somewhere reputable to get another alignment and make sure it's safe to drive.

I rarely leave reviews, but Firestone in Plano earned this one. I came in expecting basic professionalism and transparency. What I got was a masterclass in how not to run a business. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed more interested in upselling than actually solving the issue I came for. They quoted me one price, then magically βdiscoveredβ additional problems that conveniently doubled the cost. When I asked for clarification, I got vague answers and condescending attitudes. To make matters worse, they performed work I never authorized and then tried to charge me for it. When I pushed back, they acted like I was the problem. No accountability, no apologyβjust deflection and arrogance. This place operates like a scam wrapped in a uniform. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Firestone should be embarrassed by how they treat customers!!!!!

Dropped my car off at 10am for an oil change and tire pressure check. Guy charges me 10 bucks for the tire check. Great start. At 2:12 I call to check on the status of my vehicle, and am told it hasn't started yet, but my vehicle was next. At 4:10 I call back and am informed they haven't started yet. At 4:30 I get a ride over. They have not started. They finally inform me that after checking the tires, I am informed they need to replace a tire, and only a more expensive brand is available. At 6:10 they finally finish. They do not give me a receipt, only tell me it's been emailed. I drive off. My tire pressure alert has still not cleared. I review the bill and see I was also charged for a tire patch they did not do. I go back to the store frustrated and inform the employee who sighs, places a hand on his head, and asks me to just come back tomorrow. I notify him that I will be back, but please notify whoever will be there that I will be angry. I then get a call as I pull back to my house by I'm guessing the manager, who tells me I have no right to be angry and they will be refunding me when I go back tomorrow. I am now furious and inform the manager as much before hanging up. After not answering to take more rebuke from him, the manager texts me that if I don't call back and de-escalate that I won't be allowed in (you know, to get the money they wrongfully charged me). Terrible experience. UPDATE: upon getting home, I inspected my engine - they overfilled the oil and oil is all over my engine and the lift handle to the hood.

Absolutely a waste of time and money. I had a 2 PM appointment and ended up waiting nearly two hours β my car wasnβt even touched! They initially said the air filter would arrive in 30 minutes and take 20 minutes to install. Sounded fine. But after an entire hour passed, nothing happened, no one said a word, and my car sat in the exact same spot. Then they had the nerve to charge me $9.99 for a βdiagnostic feeβ. What exactly did you diagnose? The air? Not a single person communicated anything. The service was a total mess. I came in with an Audi, not to be treated like a fool. If you want to charge people, do some work first. Donβt leave customers hanging for two hours and pretend itβs professionalism. This place doesnβt deserve to call itself βComplete Auto Care.β If you hate your time, your money, and your dignity, this is the shop for you. Otherwise, run β donβt walk. π©

JALIA!!! The CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS UNTOUCHABLE!! I called and was taken care of ! No ifs ands buts or maybes handsdown ! VERY RARE! From what I observed the team is great as well! Starts with great LEADERSHIP!! THANK YOU JALIA! I moved to fastβ¦ actually as the store manager I WAS TRULY DISAPPOINTED AT THE END. NOTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO ME UNTIL THE WORK WAS DONE and NOT BY JALIA. It was Tony from the other Plano store that explained things to me. I was chai for something I didnβt need! I should have been inspected before serviced off my word I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE. NO stars for JALIA. My apologies for misleading anyone.

They held my vehicle for 24 hours. They informed me it was a head gasket issue, but did not tell me the technician made this report because they could not get a computer diagnostic. Additionally, the manager drove my car to a parking spot, which you should not do if you have a head gasket issue. They did not inform me of the failed diagnostic reading and charged me $100 for the reading. I do not intend to return to this location.

I have purchased lifetime wheel alignment deal from this location. I had booked a 9 am appointment for getting wheel alignment of my car. Itβs 10:35 and I am still waiting in the lobby for my car to be taken in. The reason- their technician that does wheel alignment comes in after 10. Why would they book me for 9 am in that case. I will not recommend this service location. I hear another customer complaining that this is the third time he is in here and the clerk is not responding professionally.

I visited store #019143 four times to have my Bridgestone tire fixed and was repeatedly met with frustration due to a lack of consistency among the staff. The manager, Jalia, provided me with a quote and scheduled an appointment for a tire replacement. However, when I arrived for my appointment, two other employees, Jeorge and Erin, refused to honor the quote. I asked them multiple times to contact Jalia to verify the information, but they would not. Erin's behavior was particularly upsetting, as she made it seem like I was the one who was wrong for having the quote. The situation resulted in a three-day delay and significant disruption to my personal plans. I would not have left a zero-star review if it hadn't been for Jalia's initial help. The store's poor service forced me to take three half-days off work, costing me time and money, and causing significant stress. I would like to file a complaint with Bridgestone customer care regarding this issue. I also noticed scratches on the rim. I'm unsure if they were caused during the tire replacement or if they were a pre-existing issue.

One of the worst service experiences Iβve ever had at any auto shop. This Firestone location took nearly 9 hours just to complete a basic wheel alignment β something that should take no more than 1β2 hours at a professional service center. What made it worse was the unprofessional attitude of the staff. There were no updates, no explanation for the delay, and no sense of urgency from anyone working there. Customers were simply left waiting, as if our time had no value. Itβs clear this location suffers from poor management, lack of leadership, and zero accountability. Nobody seemed to take ownership of the situation or show even the slightest concern about the inconvenience caused. Thatβs not just bad service β itβs a complete failure in customer care. This experience reflects a shop that is disorganized, careless, and unprofessional from top to bottom. Firestone is supposed to be a trusted name, but this location gives the brand a very bad image. If you want your car serviced efficiently and with respect, do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. There are plenty of other shops that know how to treat customers right and get the job done properly.

I showed up for service at 1630 there were a couple of cars ahead of me. I saw them come and go, As I sit and wait i notice this gentleman in a lift F250 come in, who drove from Corpus or somewhere south of the metroplex pull up. He comes in and he speaks to Hayden and Hayden explains to this guy that he only has his ailignment guy for roughly another hour and there are several vehicles waiting on alignments.. Customer states that I spoke to Jalia earlier and she said that yall could help. Hayden steps away and calls Jalia. Next thing I know this guys lifted f250 is on their one and only alignment rack, I walk over to Hayden and ask am I good Hayden says yes you are good I express my displeasure about being jumped in line, because now its aporoching 1800 hours and this guy has the rack blocked, he has climbed in the back of his truck to get jack stands, while he and the technician attempted to work on this truck. 1815 or 1820 or so Hayden goes to speak with tech guy trucks gets off the rack, one more vehicle is done before mine I get on rack approx 1830 or so, technician waves his hand for Haydwn to come to the bay, he goes out there, Hayden approches me and ask me to come out and take a look at something its roughly 1845 and im being told my truck is too long.. They cant perform alignment. IM UPSET Because the vehicle that jumped line was a f250 with a 7 inch or greater lift and 40 inch tires. He was on the rack needless to say I spent two hours wasted in a shop, just to not have the service completed this was the worst customer service ever, im not saying that the customer paid Hayden or the tech more but he was desperate, he was offering " cash money in the customers words" if they could get him down.. This is unacceptable, btw I have a single wheel base GMC Sierra 3500hd with factory tires and rims and a 6.5 ft bed... This was ridiculus.. I dont know if they can make it right but oh well!!

I had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. I went in to get my tires and oil changed, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The service was fast, professional, and done right. Jalia really stood out β she was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything that was being done with my car. She kept me updated and made the whole process stress-free. Definitely appreciate the great customer service. Iβll be coming back for future maintenance.
