I cannot say enough wonderful comments about Hance's and its employees! My daughter's Santa Fe was scraped by a friend while parking; my girl wasn't mad (just sad) but when I said I had to tell the other girl's mother, the other stopped talking to her. Well, I found Hance's based upon recommendations and made an estimate appointment for this morning with Carrie. After I told her what happened and mentioned that girls are no longer talking, she said they'd work to see what they could do while I waited! Michael did his magic and 40 minutes after I arrived, the car looked like new! Tiny scratch they couldn't buff out - can't tell. Best of all, they did it as a courtesy - no charge to me or to the insurance company! If you need any work done on your car, definitely trust these wonderful people!

I understand these aren't the best photos of details with the work done and there is no photo of what my car looked like before, but, just look at the quality and how beautiful my car looks now! Before I received my car on Thursday, it had been a mess in the front with the bumper and more because of a crash and our insurance had claimed total loss on it. However! Huy and I had a fighting spirit and wanted to save our patient (the car). After many searches for places to get my car fixed, I had a very good feeling about this shop and with my first impression with Kirby :). He's an amazing guy and was straight to the point while explaining everything he would do with the car. Honestly, I could trust him and invest in getting the job done here with all my savings. He gave me confidence in their work! Well, when things were set, they always kept me posted with how my car was doing and I appreciated it a ton! Anywho, I am really happy with how my car is, I love it and I would recommend for anyone to get their car fixed up here! Everyone is really friendly here and they make you feel welcomed while informing you with what's necessary. They don't play tricks. Thank y'all and it was wonderful doing business with you guys! 💕

I was rear ended in September (Tesla Model Y) and was looking for a body shop because Tesla wait time was weeks. My insurance adjuster referred me to Hance's and connected me with John and Jason. They were super responsive during my repair window and even fully detailed my car when I picked it up. It was like a brand new car. I’m a retired automotive technician. I’ve seen many repair shops both mechanical and bodywork. Hance’s has a first rate physical facility with highly skilled technicians. It was obvious to me. They have the facilities and knowledge to rebuild and repair your car. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work and the ease of the experience. The results looked like it rolled off the showroom. Repaired and full detail both in and out. I was blown away. Hance’s sets themselves apart from other body shops in the area. Hance's Uptown Collision Center is an exceptionally well managed and run establishment. I have been looking to fix a damaged middle arm rest for our Tesla Model X all over the country for a while in vain. Just to try one more time, I called Hance's and I was greeted by Vincent Estrada who answered all my questions in the most professional and knowledgeable manner. I took the Model X for estimate and after receiving all the needed parts, Vince was able to install the replacement parts in less than half a day. We left extremely happy with our Tesla Model X. I have gone to Hance’s 3 times in the last year with two Teslas. They are a certified Tesla shop and do great work. My recommendation is also based on their employees. Michael, Vincent and John have gone the extra miles with me and are beyond helpful and clear. I know I can be indecisive and challenging as a frequent customer with unusual requests. They are more than fair, patient, kind and friendly. I’ve had body and suspension damage along with tires and wheels:( They did great job may be faster than Tesla to get into and I think they are open later. They let me tow the car in after hours. Hance’s Uptown is my go too when I need body work done on my car’s. They are professionals that get the job done! They recently underwent new ownership. But my guy’s Jimmy & Curtis are still around taking care of the regulars. Once again I am pleased with the work that they’ve done on my 2019 Mazda 3. Hance’s is the best most thorough body shop in town! I just got my 2018 X5 back from them replacing my back bumper and was heading to the airport for a weekend trip. I decided to back into my parking space in the garage which turned out to be a huge mistake. I did not see the “I” beam sticking out of the concrete for the second level and backed into it! Man what a way to ruin a trip! I called John at Hance’s while I was waiting for my flight. He told me not to worry he would take care of it when I got back. I had the utmost confidence because I just got it back from them. Dropped it off as soon as I got back and in just 5 days he was handling me my keys back. The car was perfect again! Just unbelievable work and paint match!!!! I am so freaky about my cars being perfect and when I tell you it looks perfect I mean it looks perfect! Thank you Hance’s for taking a little stress out of my life worrying every day about my car getting damaged! I know whatever happens you guys will take care of it! Ask for John! He is awesome to deal with! He really cares about getting your car back to perfect condition! Thank you John! I can’t say enough about Hance’s!
