We went and had a battery changed out. Took 3 HOURS… To only come back to see what was taking so long. As they handed us the keys, we noticed 3 people pushing the car OUT OF THE SHOP… didn’t even explain to us what was going on. Come to find out, when they changed the battery, they blew a couple fuses so it wouldn’t start. So we spent ALL WEEKEND trying to get our car started after THEIR mess up…. Never again! DO NOT GO to Walmart if you’re expecting great customer service. Lack of communication and knowledge there of. They are far from being technicians. They just get paid by the hour, that’s it. So with our experience this past weekend we will NEVER use Walmart again.

Front desk hates herself cant track her calories so she gives attitude to everyone that walks in and also they ll say somrthing will take an hour but j mess around and take 3 hrs horrible service wouldnt recommend it

4+ hours to get a battery check and replacement and they won’t let you make an appointment for a battery only oil change. If you’re a walk in and next in line and someone makes an online oil change booking they automatically cut in front of you. Go to autozone and other businesses instead!

Never went back there since 2001. They stole my sunglasses and all my quarters. They also broke my rear fender and even accused me that my rear fender was already broke even before I got there. Cheap service, cheap attitude, cheap everything. You get what you pay for!

I was there to change two of the front tires so 3+ hours later I was charge for tire rotation that job never was completed. Just be aware of this location. They may be engaging in deceptive practices by charging for services not provided.

Made an appointment the day before so I can get a tire looked at under warranty. Leave work early and get here to be told it’s a 3 hour wait because they are short handed. Could have at least gave people a phone call to let them know what’s going on. Takes 30 seconds at most. Then this review doesn’t happen.

Service is fine. They started implementing appointments only and that has been the quickest my oil change has been taken care of. I go to this location regularly and another location - this location would take 2 hours to do an oil change that another location would take 45 minutes to do. Both locations would have the same amount of cars, and the other location seemingly had less employees. One instance I had was they told me they could not take off the oil filter cap and denied service, saying I had gotten it changed somewhere else and they screwed it too tight. They even said they knew this because the oil filter cap color was different from thr one they used. Unfortunately for them, I keep every receipt of my most recent oil changes. I went to my car and took it out and they had no explanation and did not even apologize. They just said they’d do the oil change after all. Mind you, I had waited about an hour and half before they told me this, and then waited nearly another hour for them to actually do the oil change. Now to the woman that has worked this counter for the last few years. So awful that when I came for my scheduled appointment I dreaded seeing her. It’s insane that all the negative reviews talk about her yet she is still there. The only people she’s nice to are the mechanics she seemingly flirts with. She has the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced at a Walmart and I’ve worked in customer facing customer service since 2017. I quite literally let out a sigh of relief when there was a gentleman at the counter and not her; and he was the kindest gentleman I’ve ever met. He was young and either South Asian or Hispanic but either way that woman needs to be fired that her position needs to be given to him. Absolutely ridiculous continuing to have her employed there with the numerous complaints I’m seeing about her. It makes a customer think that Walmart does not care about the customer experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Walmart. The customer service was not up to the mark — no one responded to my concerns, and the staff’s behavior with customers was unprofessional. I hope Walmart management takes this seriously and improves their customer service. Shoppers deserve better attention and respect.

Literally sat in line of cars for 20 minutes, not being told you had to go in to check in your car for service (my last Walmart just let you drive up and they'd meet you outside) finally went inside after finding out and and find out they have very few people working causing a long line of people waiting for various things. Lot of pissed people standing around and another lady in particular being snippy when I ask if they're standing in line or if they're already waiting on their car. All around bad experience here and would not recommend coming here for service.

Ugo processed my payment and was very rude. I confirmed with him twice that the payment was for my car, and he said yes. Later, he realized his mistake and tried to blame me, saying it wasn’t his job. He charged me incorrectly and then attempted to process my original payment before issuing a refund. I ended up waiting over two hours, even though he said it would be a simple process. I decided to wait until the manager arrived to ensure I received my refund.

I had driven to this Wal-Mart on Tuesday 02/03/2026 at about 6pm because my psi dropped to 16, obviously an issue. I walked in and before I could say anything was asked if I had an appointment. I said no, (I was not asked why I was there, what I needed, or what the issue was.) I was then told Wal-Mart only goes by appointment now. (Since when?) I just need my tires checked for nail/leak. After I said no and was told they go by appointment only now I was completely ignored for this man to start having a conversation with another male customer. I’m disappointed but also, is it because I the only woman there? What a horrible feeling.

I waited about 1.5 hours, then received a message saying the service was completed. When I went to pick up my car, they told me they could not remove the oil filter, so the oil was not changed. Instead, they only replaced the engine air filter and cabin air filter, which made no sense since the oil change wasn’t done. After leaving, I noticed the glove box would not open. I went back, and at first they said they never touched the glove box. After I pointed out that the cabin air filter was replaced, they checked again, realized it was not installed correctly, and fixed it. This caused even more time wasted. I do want to thank Juan, the employee who eventually helped me and resolved the issue despite the situation.

I arrived for an oil change at 9 a.m., they changed the oil, and I brought my own filter to the Nissan. When my wife picked up the car after the oil change at 2 p.m., the climate control panel was broken. I don't understand why they bothered to touch it at all; they only asked for an oil and filter change. The service technician refused to check the cameras to see who broke my climate control. I'm very upset and angry.

Thank you, Cory was very professional and helpful. He explained and provided my options when it came to my tire warranty. The rest of the staff was okay, but they didn't care enough to explain what was happening. I also changed my oil, which took around 20 minutes. My tire was low and came out low after their inspection.
