11/15/25 Updated review. On the way home from work, all the dash lights go crazy, then truck shuts off. Luckily able to pull to the side of the road, open the hood and there are sparks coming off the battery. Photos to be included, you can see that it melted the positive cable off. A loose connection clearly caused the issue. Called the shop to ask them about it, and at first they(Chris I believe) said they didn’t even open the hood, which then changed quickly too, they didn’t even disconnect the battery to do the electrical work to add the alarm.. I asked if they would be able to help, given that they were the last people under the hood and cover the cost of a new battery. I inquired about that, given that the first step in any electrical work is to disconnect the battery. I was told that I needed to talk to the owner, and then shortly after that, they called back saying that they talked to the tech, and they didn’t need to disconnect the battery.. and thus they are not responsible for any of it. Again, in all my years that’s always been the first step in electrical work. Im asking for some help and clarity on fixing what has turned into an additional charge of a new battery that was less than a year old. And before said shop visit didn’t have any loose connections. Going from 5 star service, to sub even 1 star in less than a week, due to poor customer service. Leaving the original review for you to see what changed in just a few days. Need some feedback or a call back. 11/11/25 I just have to start off with their customer. Service is awesome. I’ve been going to these guys for years. Chris and the crew are a pleasure to deal with. I have a 99 Chevy Silverado that I’ve had for several years and the other night it wouldn’t start so I had to tow it in on a trailer. They took a look at it and found a bunch of problems with an old alarm that was left in the truck and a bad wiring job. They cleaned everything up put a brand new alarm on it and took care of me in and out in one day I highly recommend them for anything audio. I’ve had them work on four of my personal vehicles and never had any problems. One of the quotes that I like to say is the sweetness of a low price as soon forgotten by the bitterness of poor quality thank you to Chris and all the guys

Professional, Personable Customer Service and High Quality installation. I had an Igla anti-theft system installed on my truck. The insulation went exactly as they said it would. I had an appointment at 9am and my work schedule changed at the last minute and they were able to work with me and still make it happen later that same day. After the installation Johnny spent an hour with me explaining how everything worked, and he even took a phone call from me a couple days later on his day off to answer some questions for me. These guys are very professional and personable. I will definitely use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Jake and Javi did a great job. Jake was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in assisting me with choosing the best upgrade for my 2025 BMW 230i. I went with the Audison speakers and Audison amp ugrade. Also, they installed a 12 inch Memphis speaker box with a Memphis amp that I had from my previous BMW. The installation was seamless and the sound is off the charts. Had a issue with the amp overheating and Javi explained the issue and fixed it with no problems. I will definitely use Earmark Car Audio again and definitely recommend them for any audio upgrades. Added a pic of the bass knob that was installed and it blends in perfectly!
