I had a car that someone backed into a week after I bought it, and found this location although it was under a different name and eight years ago. They did a wonderful job, kept me informed and worked with the insurance company on my behalf. Recently, when I had a minor incident with a HUGE rock. I made sure to stop at this location to get a quote among others. The manager recommended that I pick up the replacement part and bring it back and they would put it on for me. I could not have been more pleased so immediately ordered the parts I needed and my car was back to looking good again in a few days. Hopefully, I will never need to have my current car repaired due to an accident, but if I do, I will definitely be back.

I have nothing but the best to say about my experience with Linear Automotive. My car was in a terrible hail storm and I was so anxious about the cost and time it would take to fix it. Adam made everything so easy and smooth. They were able to keep the cost in range so I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket and they got it done 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They truly treat you and your car like you are part of the family. Will definitely be coming back should anymore hail storms get me. Thank you again everyone on the team!

I’ve come here in the past when it was linear collision, now Gerber collision and glass. Brent Ash was the manager that I worked with. What a great guy. First of all the work the shop did was tremendous. And… I got a full detail on my car when what they were working on was the front bumper! They even cleaned off my soiled seatbelt! That is some kind of service! Brent seems to know a lot of the people in various insurances to include mine and helped with the final adjustment. This is most definitely the place to go if you have a little fender-bender. And Brent, I can’t thank you enough. You have a seller group there.

Amazing workmanship! My 2006 S2000 looks better than new. Adam Godinez and his expert team repaired the extensive hail damage to my car (it looked like a golfball), then repainted it matching the New Formula Red original color (red is a hard color to march) and powdered coated the wheels a glossy black. All along the way, Adam kept me updated. I am still smiling just thinking about how beautiful my roadster looks.

The best body shop you will find, bar none (and I’ve been to many). Recently had someone back into my vehicle, it’s a tri-stage pearl that is REALLY difficult to match and they could not have done a better job. Their work is superior, this is the only place I take my vehicles for paint anymore. There just aren’t place like this around anymore that take the pride in their work like these guys do. Their staff is excellent, Sully is just plain awesome to deal with - treats you like gold and family. I’m super picky but I never worry with Sully taking care of me, he always goes the extra mile and makes sure things are done the proper way. Communication is always excellent and they really take care of you. Go see them!

I wrecked my BMW 128 this past June when someone turned left into me as I was going through a green light. My entire rear quarter panel and suspension were damaged. I did my due diligence in researching collision repair shops and I decided to choose Linear. Adam was very helpful throughout the entire process. My car was returned to me promptly, but after driving it for only 20 minutes, I realized there were several issues. Unfortunately, as I was driving it back because the back up sensors were not working, all the power in my car died as I was driving, including the blinkers and spedometer. Once I got it back to linear I noticed there was water in the rear tail light as well. Linear put me in another rental and I had my car back in a few days. A few weeks passed and my car failed inspection. I had some extra time to take my wheels off to check the repairs as well and thought it might be a good idea before I took my car back again. I noticed there was a crack in the rotor, the window panel was mounted incorrectly and my brake pad sensors were broken (I had bought the car less than a year prior and the brake pads were brand new). I took it back again, and Linear went above and beyond to make it right. They put new rotors and brake pads on each of the rear wheels. The reason I am goving them a 4 star review is because even though there were problems, they made it right and fixed my car no questions asked. Many mechanics might try to argue or claim that damage existed before the accident, but Linear truly cares about their customers. Adam was always kind, helpful, and caring. The only thing I would like to say is that I would not have minded if my car was in the shop for an extra week if it meant I wouldn't have had to take it back several times. Overall, I understand that mistakes do happen from time to time and I would like to thank the team and Adam for helping me get my car fixed and back on the road.

I love this place. I found Linear by googling hail damage repair shops near Plano. I was hit pretty badly during the Plano hail storm and needed to get my Charger serviced afterward. I initially called and didn't get an answer, but Adam called me back and immediately start to walk me through the process of getting my car repaired. He advised me on how to work with my car insurance and get it done asap. Once I dropped my car off, Adam explained what would happen during the repair. Mrs. Terry at the front desk called Enterprise to get me my rental, so she is fantastic. Adam constantly contacted me, going above and beyond to get the needed parts. Once I got my car back, it was brand new and I am so grateful for the hard work this crew did to get me back in my vehicle.

I had an unfortunate accident in my M4 and I called Linear to have my repairs done. I worked with Adam (a Senior Technician) and he completely took over the process and reassured me the work would be done right. He called me with weekly updates and even when we had parts delayed he still handled it and not once did I feel as though the work wasn’t getting done. He even called he mid repair to have me review the work and answered all my questions and went above and beyond to address other issues and make recommendations for additional work that needed to be done…parts that would have taken months to order from Germany me made it happen is less time and not only that made sure they were of the highest OEM quality and also had me inspected them for approval. When my car was finally fixed which took lesser time then expected, not only did he credit is team but also kept explaining some work and things that need to be done to make sure my car is running smoothly in the future…thanks to team Linear and Adam for a job well done everyone!
