I was promptly greeted, and the repair documents were completed by Carlos, my service advisor. I was updated on my vehicle's status throughout the repair and inspection process. The repairs were completed to my satisfaction. Finally, the cashier made the final step in the process enjoyable. Great job to all. My salesman for my 2022 vehicle Joby kept my wife and I entertained by demonstrating a new Traverse and we caught up on any changes in our family needs. It was a good trip to Plano, TX.

I like the fact that this dealership is close to my house and on occasion I have some good coupons that I can use for service. What I do not like about this location is that I have only been able to purchase one car from this location and it was after a week of negotiations with shady salesman. I have purchased 6 new vehicles since moving her in 1996, and the 1st one, a 1998 Chevy Suburban, with a Unique Conversion kit was purchased from here. All the rest were at other Chevy dealerships in the Metroplex. This location just does not do a great job with sales. Our wonderful service guy of 27 years, Keith Overturf, is one of the main reason we come to this location for any service as we just like good hearted honest people. A good coupon and honesty is what bought me in for my service. It just sometimes not convenient to drive over to Reliable Chevrolet where I purchased my vehicle to always get my oil changes. I wish my honest sales person and my honest service tech was in ONE LOCATION near my home.

I have been coming to Ray Huffines for almost 25 years. My family for 30 years. We have been a Chevy family for those 30+ years. I am at the point of going to independent service centers, and purchasing my next Chevy from someplace else. I remember pulling my car into the service center and someone promptly coming out to get my info and get me on my way. The last few times I have sat in the service drive waiting for 15min for someone to come out. You either have no one working or everyone is just inside hanging out. The last time one driveway into the service bay was full of cars and the other driveway was blocked by a Corvette going the wrong direction. It is like signs and directions at the service center are a suggestion.

Huffines Chevrolet service is top-notch! My boy Rodney took great care of me during my oil change and tire rotation for my Hummer H2. He made the whole process smooth and easy. The price wasn’t bad at all, especially for the quality of service. Rodney also pointed out some additional work that needed to be done, and I appreciated the heads-up without any pressure. All in all, great service, fair prices, and I'll definitely be coming back. Five stars!
