The Euro Auto team is amazing. If you want fair, efficient, timely and quality service for your Euro ride, you need to check these guys out. Had my 340i in for what I thought (and shared with them on arrival) would be a major overhaul - only to be enlightened by the Euro Auto squad that the issue was far more straightforward and yes, a far less expensive repair than I expected. I WILL NOT take my car anywhere else in future. Thx Guys!

Moments notice is all it took, they got me taken care of quick and I was on my way back to work after an alignment. They were busy that day but were still able to fit me in. They took great care of my ‘98 328i. Upon review of my dash cam, no funny business occurred:) I trust and recommend EurAuto shop. I thank North Texas Bimmer Club on Facebook for recommending, and Nolan at the front desk for being polite and straight forward.

I took my car to Eurauto on January 3, 2024 for an aggressive shake which I thought would lead to a motor mount replacement, but they had my car for 7 months. Story time. While they had my car, they suggested that they replace my vacuum pump, coolant system, front control arm bushings, spark plugs, and more, I believe. I said yes to a good majority of items as my Range Rover had almost 100k miles. While tackling the fixes, they managed to make my car even worse. They gave my car back to me 3 times hoping to wipe their hands clean of the car, it always came back still shaking, my car once arrived sideways as pictured below. They even had their “best” “mechanic” quit on the job while they had my car. I would continue to bring the car back to them and fix it as I spent $7k on repair to get it right!! I repeat, $7,000. They had my whole car torn apart as shown below and had my car for a total of 7 months. It still wasn’t back to normal, still had a shake and I would have to turn it off and back on upon each cold start. A year and a half after the initial issue, I took matters into my own hands and thought to replace my fuel injectors. Pictured below is the old injector and a new injector. Who in their right mind would see this injector and think it is okay to put back into a vehicle? My car now runs and drives with no shake and no need to turn it on and off anymore! I will forever boycott Eurauto and encourage everyone to steer clear of this place.

I can’t thank Shark enough for the outstanding customer service that went above and beyond my expectations. After being shuffled around by the Audi dealership—who were unable or unwilling to properly diagnose my issue—Shark stepped in and immediately identified the problem they overlooked. They took my car, provided clear communication, and made sure I was fully supported every step of the way. Their honesty, expertise, and genuine care set them apart. It’s rare to find a shop with such integrity and highly skilled master technicians. I highly recommend Shark to anyone looking for exceptional service and peace of mind knowing you won’t be taken advantage of.

Great place to have your European auto fixed. They operate like family and care about your car. My recent experience was great. They fixed my car. If I need another service, I’d definitely go back to them. I recommend this place.

I hired EurAuto for a pre‑purchase inspection on a car I was considering from out of state, and I couldn’t recommend them more. Their mechanical review was extremely thorough—checking for codes, verifying every feature, and inspecting brakes, tires, suspension, and more. They uncovered major rodent damage to the wiring, which would have led to expensive repairs. They also offered an optional cosmetic inspection, but once the wiring issue was found, they advised against continuing, saving me money and showing real integrity. A special thank‑you to Shark, who patiently walked me through the report and answered all my questions. Their professionalism and honesty saved me from a costly mistake.

This shop is worthless. They told my sister that her custom wheels don't fit on her car. She previously had spacers on the wheels, and I asked them to remove the spacers to which they responded saying the wheels won't fit without the spacers because they claimed the wheels were wrong. I didn't want to argue with ignorance, so we paid and left. We went back to my house, jacked the car up, removed the spacers, put the wheels back on and it drove perfect. The only reason she went here was because I've been super busy and wasn't able to help her, but at the end of the day if you need something done right you just have to do it yourself. Another thing to note is that they over torqued the wheel bolts. I ended up breaking a socket extension getting the wheels off. They were well over 200 lbs of torque. 120 is the absolute max that her car needs. Over tightening can cause damage to the bolts, hubs, and rotors. If you care about knowledge and quality this isn't the shop for you.

First time client. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. Shark set proper expectations from the first phone call, diagnosed my car in 24 hours and had my car ready for pick up the very next day. They were very thorough, saved me thousands of dollars compared to the dealership - and were even kind enough to point out maintenance issues that may need to be addressed in the future. Something a shop has never done for me. They were honest, transparent, kind and professional. Service was done quickly and it was very affordable. Not something I get to say very often driving an Audi. If I could give them 100 stars I would. If you drive a foreign car these are your people!!!!! Thank you so much EurAuto Shop!!

Extremely knowledgeable crew providing timely and accurate diagnostics. Did great work anytime I had issues with my Audi. Infinitely better than the Audi dealers in the area.

It is an honor to be able to provide the following review of EurAuto Shop. Jon, Michael, Nolan and the rest of the team are truly a special group of professionals and a rare find for any owner of a luxury vehicle. I have a bit of experience now to measure their excellence. Over several decades, I've owned many Mercedes vehicles and in multiple states across the country. As one can imagine, this includes hundreds of maintenance and repair appointments and very few are inexpensive due to the way the Mercedes brand has been developed. Over the last two years I've brought my Mercedes vehicles into EurAuto dozens of times and each and every time the team has treated me with the paragon of professionalism. Their deep understanding of the mechanics of how each of the systems work, and their inveterate knowledge of how and when things break or wear out is also incredibly impressive. They also provide me with the proactive knowledge about what I can expect for maintenance, many times in advance, so I can plan for that and avoid surprises. EurAuto is a truly exceptional group that stands out head and shoulders above the rest of the Mercedes shops I've experienced. Thanks again for your outstanding service over the years guys!!!

I brought my Audi in for a comprehensive vehicle inspection on March 3rd with a few concerns, one of them being that the coolant level was below the minimum line. Less than a year ago, I had the coolant water pump replaced at this shop, so I wanted them to check if the issue was related and potentially covered under warranty. They suspected a heater hose leak as the cause. When I picked up my car, I asked them to top off the coolant. However, once I got home, I noticed coolant sputtering from a hairline crack in the expansion tank — which turned out to be the actual source of the leak. This critical issue was completely missed during their inspection. More concerning, when I later changed my oil, I discovered that three underbody panels were missing from my car. I had unknowingly been driving without them for nearly a month. No one at the shop informed me that the panels had been removed or that they failed to reinstall them. It is unbelievable to know that someone who worked on my car ignored the fact that they did not reinstall my panels. I originally trusted this shop because of their high ratings and even returned to them for multiple repairs. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer fully trust them. ***Update: After I posted my review, Jon, from Euro Auto, reached out to me the very next day. He apologized for what happened and let me know he’s using it as a learning moment for his team. You can tell he really cares about his business and how his customers feel. Jon went out of his way to make things right and offered great customer service to earn back my trust. I really appreciate that kind of effort, and because of it, I’ll be updating my rating of Euro Auto. ***New Update 9/22/2025 I encountered a very peculiar situation after having two CV axles installed on my Audi, which led me to lower my rating again. Jon (shop's service director) reached out promptly to address the issue, and while I don’t plan on bringing my vehicle back to this shop, I respect that he’s a man of integrity who genuinely strives to make things right.

I hired EurAuto Shop to inspect a used vehicle that I had planned on buying. From the outside, the car looked great, the mechanic report showed something different. The mechanics at EurAuto Shop found a few significant issues with the car that helped me decide not to go through with the purchase. Having this inspection saved me from spending over $30,000 on a vehicle that needed a good amount of work. If you are looking to buy a used car, let the mechanics at EurAuto Shop inspect the car before you buy it. It can only help you feel more confident with whatever decision you make. They are great and the inspection is worth the money.

First time customer. Took in my Range Rover - great pricing and fast service. I asked AI for recommendations and it suggested EurAuto Shop. Kicking myself for taking my previous cars into the dealers instead of here. I can see why they have such stellar reviews!

Had the best experience getting my Land Rover defender serviced here. Got an oil change and 4 new tires in 2 hours. They are not overly pushy like many other shops. The pricing was half of what Land Rover of Frisco quoted me. My service advisor Nolan even offered to take me to a buffet while I waited, he sounded like he really likes food. Jon the smaller manager even did a final walkthrough with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. Would highly recommend this place.

I took my Audi to EurAuto after the dealership failed to find a leak. In March 2025, I spent $4,800 on an oil separator, motor mounts, and control arms. Despite this, my oil light came on three times over the following months. I returned in November, spent another $6,000 for further leaks and repairs, and was told the car was finally 100% healthy. On Jan 17, 2026, my car went into "Limp Mode" on the highway. A different mechanic opened the hood and found the engine bay covered in burnt oil because EurAuto failed to replace the oil cap. They found the cap nestled behind the engine block. After keeping my car for a week to "ensure the leak was fixed," they missed the most basic step in auto care. Extreme negligence that could have destroyed my engine.
