Needed AC and front right axle replaced. The car ran strangely after that, but I largely attributed that to the AC compressor actually working. Odd vibrations at times and so on. Took it for inspection, and it turns out there were parts MISSING from both replacements, and the axle hadn't been attached quite right. The car had been unsafe to drive for the last couple of months. Total repair bill is $3400 from mistakes made at High Tech. Can't recommend this place at all.

Most unprofessional encounter with a mechanic. I called him on a Friday afternoon to ask if he could check my clutch on my Infiniti. He tells me to bring it in Saturday morning at 8:30am. I show up at 8:30 and he comes out and glances at my car and just says it’s the clutch; which I had already told him that’s what I needed him to look at. He then tells me he is too busy to work on it. This shop is about 30 minutes from my house so driving there is already an inconvenience. So I asked if I could just leave it for him to work on it later which he replies by telling me, no because he is of for the next three weeks and to just call him back then. I asked him why didn’t he just tell me this over the phone before I made the drive to his shop and he just walked away. Horrible service!!!
