Jordan is the face of this operation and I’ll say that his focus of outstanding customer service has truly made me feel like I’ve gained a new friendship in business. He’s not afraid to admit facts, and doesn’t make excuses. This place is not in the business of making high profits, they want to build positive movements and that’s what gets my business. This location deserves 10 stars. They always changed my oil but I decided to go to the Colony Midas since it was closer to my home. The Colony location started oil change and stopped saying I needed a drain plug because it was stripped and to take it back to Plano since they did my oil change last. I told them I had no issues with the Plano location all the times I came. I brought it back to Plano who did talk to the Colony location to get it fixed since they may have stripped it. The Colony said no, Plano said they will fix it because they know I've been a steady customer and did not want my experience with Midas, a bad experience. This is exceptional customer service. They took accountability for another locations mistake. Great job Plano Midas!!! I will never go to another location.

I took my car in two days in a row, the first day for an oil change and to get air in my front tires. I also needed my shocks and struts replaced, so I asked for a quote. The quote was overwhelmingly cheaper than for the same service at other shops, so I took my car back the next day to get it repaired. They are fast, give excellent service, don't try to over-sell you on other things to get done, and, best of all, they price fairly and don't gouge you for labor like other shops do. They truly care about their customers here, and I'm never going anywhere else again. 5 stars all around!

Jordan and his crew were very kind. I hit a pothole on 75 in my 1999 ford and it did a number on my steering that made the car unsafe to drive. After one attempt at an alignment, they did not charge me for, they asked me to bring it in next day for there mechanic to take a look. Man what a difference! They fixed it right up and again blessed me with a complimentary job, right when it was needed most. Found me a new mechanic.
