This was my first time to service any of my cars outside of a dealer and now I'm wondering why I waited so long! Luxur more than exceeded my expectations in all phases of a repair/maintenance/service of a luxury car service experience. Mr. Naiem was a joy to work with as he gave me the confidence that he and his team know what they are doing and have the credentials to work on a brand like Aston Martin and others (I've seen Bentleys, Rolls Royce etc in their parking lot when driving by). Top notch service and experience at a more than a fair and reasonable price point (especially compared to a dealer and especially on the type of luxury cars they work on) is an easy choice for me. I don't easily give the keys up to my car to just any shop, but I can honestly say that I couldn't have been more pleased with this experience. For reference, Luxur did some routine maintenance (oil change and general multi-point inspection), and they also diagnosed and fixed a malfunctioning window (far from a routine repair or maintenance request). All this happened within one day and even was returned to me washed, with the plastic seat, floor and steering wheel covers...complete with pictures and short videos of the work performed! Luxur is now my go-to for maintanence and repairs, hope this helps anyone else on the fence as I was!

I drive a Range Rover HSE Sport and needed the coolant system including thermostat replaced. Luxur's customer service and communication are beyond compare! They showed us photos of all the parts replaced, the condition of the parts, and explained why they had to be replaced. They did not gouge us on price. It was beyond fair, even cutting the dealer quote by over 50%. In addition, it was ready sooner than expected. As long as I drive a luxury vehicle, I will have it serviced by Luxur!

The sunroof on my 2019 Audi Q7 was stuck open. In less than a day the team at Luxur was able to get the roof closed and provide a quote for the repair. I chose not to repair the roof because of the age of the car and the cost, along with the fact that I don’t open the roof much, but Luxur was great! Okay, so these guys are the real deal. As a woman, I've put myself in a position where I have to manage the maintenance on my Maserati Levante with over 80,000 miles on it. I purchased the vehicle a few years ago with absolutely no understanding of the upkeep the vehicle would require. And to top it off, I happen to be a bit cheap when it comes to spending money unless I feel it is truly necessary. I have been to 3 different auto shops that specialize in servicing foreign vehicles, and this is the first time I feel not only relieved but confident about every dime spent. They are patient, thorough, communicative, and actually explained the importance of servicing specific aspects of my vehicle. The two gentlemen who assisted me showed me before-and-after pictures and walked me through the invoice and charges step by step. Also, I'm not sure my Maserati has ever been this clean since the day I purchased it. I recommend Luxur Automotive for all of your vehicle maintenance. I definitely received Luxury service!

I recently brought my Ferrari 488 Spider in for service due to a check engine light, which I suspected was caused by a misfire. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff was highly professional, transparent, and treated my vehicle with the utmost care and attention, as if it were their own.
