With all of the large "Chain" and "Stealership" vehicle repair shops; Dallas European Auto is truly a breath of fresh air. This shop is big enough to serve you yet small enough to get to know you. The work is Top Notch and their customer service is excellent . They make you feel like a part of the process keeping you informed all along the way. There are no unexpected surprises. The knowledge base of the employees is second to none and this provides a comfort level not normally experienced when dealing with major auto repairs on foreign vehicles. Management's "Customer First" attitude is contagious and all of the employees seamlessly follow suit. Oh and did I forget to mention the prices are more than reasonable and they are willing to work with you . I would recommend Dallas European Auto to anyone. These guys are great!

Edit: Reducing to 1 star now after asking to be removed from texts and still getting one anyway. Attached screenshot of conversation. Amazing how when I text feedback on a potential issue I can't get a response but when they want to get you to come in and spend money the texts don't stop coming... I really wanted to like this shop and I wasn't going to write a review until I took my issue to a different shop. I got my Porsche towed here after my shifter cable snapped. Everything went well, price was reasonable but I was a little annoyed that my car was covered in a thick layer of dust when I went to pick it up. I notice after some time it feels tough to go into reverse and the shifter feels a bit off. I get the usual follow up text of "how's your car doing" from the shop, and I text back my concerns and that I was thinking of bringing it back in, no response. I guess whoever texts you only wants to hear good things. Fast forward a few weeks later and my shifter gets stuck in reverse. Now I need to get it towed a second time. Shop calls me later that day and says nothing is wrong, shifter just got "stuck" and needed to be popped out. I'm no technician, but as the son of one, I know enough to be immediately suspicious. Since my brakes needed to be replaced and it was service time, I take it to another shop I had been to before (JP Euro, they're great btw) and tell them look into the shifter as well. I get a text with pictures a few hours later, shifter assembly is basically in shambles and needs to be replaced. Now idk how the hell this shop missed that BOTH times, but I'll never go here again.

When I called to schedule an oil change appointment, I asked how long it would take. They told me it would take 1.5 hours to complete. When I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment, I asked again how long it would take, they said 1.5 hours. I showed up 2 hours later to pick it up and my car had not been touched or moved at all. They said they got busy and could start on it now and it would take…. 1.5 hours. Took my keys and left.

I took my car into 4 other shops including two dealerships from what turned out to be contaminated gas. All of them were unable to properly diagnose and repair. In the case of Mercedes Benz of McKinney, they actually lied to me and said the engine was unrepairable. I'm so glad I finally found a straight shooting shop with rock stars like Robert McGullam that got me back on the road using the unrepairable engine that was pronounced DOA by a MB dealership. Truly shameful! Presumably because they did not want to spend the time to find out what was really wrong and more expedient to lie to get the headache off their shoulders. Many shops I learned do not want to take on problematic repairs but not the case at DEA. Even if the engine turned out to be beyond repair, they were prepared to source a used motor and replace. These guys are the real deal!

Bentley Continental GT is a wonderful car to drive , but they do need service from time to time. This is my go to place because they have a BENTLEY certified tech on their team , usually a one day turnaround and fair pricing. If you love your car , you should love (and trust) your repair shop. That’s why I use this shop for my Bentley GT & my Porsche Panamera.

Bought a car and got a part replaced and they did very good work with no extra fuss! They threw in the part they replaced in the back like I asked. Highly recommended
