I was so impressed with the service received from David and Amadeus. I was in the process of buying a car and called them from the dealer to schedule a last minute inspection. They took me right away and were so kind and transparent. They walked me through everything and told me of any concerns they saw. They also gave me information on the type of car I was planning to buy and what to look out for, based on their experience. They made sure everything (including all the sensors) were working as they should. They were amazing and I will be taking my new car to them for all maintenance and repairs.

DMK replaced the alternator in my Honda and a couple days later while I was checking the oil, noticed that they did not secure properly the A/C copper line, the power steering fluid reservoir, and the alternator wire was rubbing against the new serpentine belt. A few days later took the car back to DMK because it was making a grinding noise. Owner told me the car had no engine oil and the noise was coming from the engine because I drove without oil and I had damaged the engine. He changed the engine oil. A few days later, noticed that oil was leaking from the oil plug. Took the car back again and they told me that the oil leak was coming from another place, and they could not tell me from where. Decided to take car to Patriot Express in Plano and they told me the noise was coming from the A/C compressor clutch, and oil was leaking from the oil pan seal and from the oil plug. Got the repair job done at Patriot and the car runs great. One of the mechanics offered to buy my car! DMK is fake!!!!

I've been coming here for years for everything I've needed, mostly just oil changes and inspections, until recently when my car broke down on the side of the road. I towed my car to DMK and it turned out my battery and alternator had died. They walked me through what they were seeing and showed me the diagnostic tools. They then showed me online the parts they'd need to order, the prices that they would be, and gave me a quote for the parts + labor. My car was done in 3 days, he sent me progress videos to show what was being done and to give me updates on when it'd be done. Even though he spent many more hours on labor than he had quoted me, he still only charged the quoted amount. I highly recommend DMK for their attentiveness and transparency.

Zero knowledge about cars! They act like pros, but they’re definitely not. I couldn’t pass my vehicle inspection for over a month they kept saying, “Drive, drive, and drive your car so the system can get ready.” They even told me to drive 400 miles, which I did, yet they still couldn’t find the real issue. Later, I went to AutoZone where they reset my codes. After driving a bit, the check engine light shown up. AutoZone scanned it again and told me it was code P059F (Active Grill Shutter not working) and that I needed to replace it. So, I bought the part and took it to this shop which turned out to be my biggest mistake. The guy named Davis spent 5 hours installing it, charged me $400 and said it was “good to go.” But just after driving 5 miles, the check engine light came back. When I returned, they said, “It might be an electrical issue, I’m not an expert let me call my electrician,” and then told me I’d have to pay $150 just for him to show up! That’s when I realized I’d had enough. I took my car to the Nissan Service Center, paid the same amount, and they immediately found the problem the part wasn’t installed properly. Once they fixed it, my car passed inspection right away. Highly NOT recommended. Expensive Zero knowledge Only interested in making money I’m honestly surprised how they have such high ratings seems like totally fake reviews.

David ( and Amadeus) are very thorough, communicative, honest, and prioritizes customer care. He once lent me his own personal car to run to a doc appt. while he worked on my vehicle for a few hours. Who does that ? Hes a good guy with a great service.
