Good price for tires with great warranty! Just a little extra each tire you get lifetime replacement/ repair per tire. They are very knowledgeable and seem to be very honest and truly display integrity as their core value shows on the wall. They are quick and efficient. Excellent customer service! Joel went above and beyond offering to put air in my spare and put on windshield wipers I bought on my vehicle. Very refreshing to see such honest and great customer service. This location is the most nicest location I have been to. The customer service is 10/10 and the staff is so friendly!! I have been coming to this location for 3 years with 2 different style vehicles, and they make the process so easy. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a new tire or their tire getting fixed!

Careful of the charges. Discount tire charged me (twice) for the certificates and didn't even know it. First, they charged it without asking me. Secondly, they got confused and charged me again. $150.50 both times. I found it online with my bank and brought it to Discount Tire attention. They made it right when I went back to the store.

I called at 13:45 to see if there was availability or an appointment to get a tire repair. Joel I spoke to was extremely professional, prompt, and customer serviced orientated. He made me aware it was not a guarantee and that I understood. I was then greeted by Austin who helped me out with all the sales and repair help. knowledgeable, professional, customer service orientated, and went above and beyond. I couldn’t ask for a better experience compared to the one near 75 and spring creek. Phenomenal workers and they care about their consumers.

Great staff, relatively convenient, and has account system that makes it easier to maintain the family car. I'd definitely recommend this location to people with young drivers and people that need work relating to tires/ air refills. They do honk a fair bit when moving the cars, so it's not the quietest, but it is safe (the highway is louder anyways)

This is my 2nd time that i am buying tires for my car. Customer handling is very nice. Front desk staff are fully trained and have skills to help customers' needs. This store is in Prime location of Plano, another store within 3miles on the same street (SpringCreek), there are several other tire shop on the same street, but this DistTyr location is doing outstanding job. I notice that they are all options expensive and economical. For economical tires, i personally, most of the time, tried Walmart Auto center, and with the good customer handling now, they managed to make me their customer. If u saw online, any Tire is in low quantity, then better pay and hold online, and i made the mistake here so now i am waiting. They do free Air pressure check and fill Air, on top of that, they do Free puncture repair (Flat Tire Repair) Thank you very much, Eric, Michael and Travis.

I’ve gone to this location a number of times and have appreciated the level of service I receive. I went there today to have a flat tire checked out. Upon inspection, I found out that all of my tires needed to be replaced. The person that assisted me, Michael, was helpful with guiding me to the best tire option for my driving needs. I paid for the tires and waited for the notification that my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was an other bill which I had not been informed of. Upon reviewing the findings with Michael, we were able to work out a deal that made everyone happy. Overall, I would recommend coming to this location for your tire needs

Fast and reliable service. My front driver side tire had a screw in it and the tire was under warranty still. They said if they couldn't fix it or plug that they would replace the tire for free under the warranty. I was there with my 2 year old son. It was probably a total of 40 minutes. I was in and out. Not long at all... Great group of guys there at that tire shop. Great work ethics and very professional and attentive. I am not from that area was just down the road for a doctor's appointment. Im really glad I found their shop 1 mile out..

I came in because what i figured was a bad sensor. Tire light on, air pressure and all was good...I was correct. They replaced the sensor, light still on, figured maybe it just needed to be reset. Brought it back to them...apparently it needs another sensor replaced which they didnt let me know, but they told me they knew that already when they were replacing the 1st one. So go in for them to get the light to go off and they failed to do that. They gave it back with the tire light still on and no explanation until i drove back in to the store to figure it out. cool I was told they tried calling me but I got 0 calls. Its the lack of communication and letting me know things thats the issue. Just be like "hey... a 2nd sensor is bad, lets replace this at same time"....instead they just handed me the car back failing to get the tire light to go off, not letting me know and doing half the job i wanted. Now i have to find time to carve out like i already did to get the other replaced :/

I had a tire suddenly start losing pressure right after leaving work and immediately headed for the nearest Discount Tire store. The staff here jumped right on it, even though it is already after 5:30 and I am so grateful! I have 30 miles to go to get home and there's no way I would make it with how quickly it was losing air. It might be repairable, but even if the tire is trashed they already confirmed they have a suitable replacement in stock. Currently waiting in the store but I could not be happier with the service I've received so far!

Hello, I visited your store couple days ago because one of my tires was slowly losing air, and I simply wanted it checked. Your representative inspected the tire within no time and told me there were two nails in it that couldn’t be repaired, then immediately recommended that I purchase a new tire. I felt something was off, so I decided to get a second opinion at a nearby garage. They thoroughly examined the tire and confirmed that there were no nails at all, and that the tire was perfectly fine aside from having lost some air. I’m disappointed with the experience, as it felt like I was being misled. I hope this can be looked into so other customers don’t encounter the same issue. Please address this with your team. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the associates name. I cannot blame the entire store for someone who is misleading the customers for his own targets or benefits. But I request the management to look into these kind of activities from representatives assisting customers. I was under the impression that whatever you recommend customers is the best, but its an eye opener for me from this situation. I recommend customers to look into the recommendations provided by representatives and proceed especially when it comes to exchanging tires for small reasons.

Fantastic honesty! Mike, service manager, told me that I didn't need new tires! Background: I bought 4 new tires on-line for $1,200 and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. I did so because another car repair shop told me that I would need new tires by now. Mike inspected all 4 tires and found that all 4 of them were safe to drive for another year. Woo hoo! Now you know why I buy my tires only at Discount Tires. Mike works at the shop hear Coit and Spring Creek.

4/24/2025 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Went to Discount Tire today for a tire rotation. When I walked in, the young man helping me said it’d be about an hour wait. I said okay, no problem. 😌 But as soon as he checked me in, he told me, “The system just updated—45 minutes now!” 🎉 I was pretty happy about that. So, I decided to hang out in my SUV with my wife while our baby slept. 👶🚗 But then, barely 2 minutes later, there was a knock on my window! 🤯 It was the same young man, and he said, “We’re ready for you!” 😂 I was completely shocked by the speed. So, we took our daughter inside to the waiting room (where she stayed asleep!), and not even 5-10 minutes later, the technician came in and said, “Larkin, your car’s ready!” 🚗💨 We were floored by how lightning fast the service was. Incredible experience all around! ⚡️🚗

Discount Tires did a good job on: getting new tires on my Xterra, getting the TPMS issues addressed, and get the alignments done right. I'm leaving 4 stars because the work quality of wheel balancing is subpar. Seems like I always face this issue with the franchise Discount Tire when it comes to this specific issue. I'm not sure if it's the equipments they're using? I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere and the result is pretty bad, like around 4-6oz of off-balance (see picture). The tech from a different shop mentioned that some of the old balancing weight was left there too.
