ZERO stars!!! If you use this location, make sure to have a man with you to prevent being taken advantage of, especially if you are a young woman trying to take care of your own vehicle. I went in for my emissions test, a gentleman came inside and told me my drivers side headlight needed to be replaced for my inspection. I asked the cost and was told $19.99 - great, let’s do it. He took me outside to show me the headlight was out and I went back inside. I watched as he replaced the light (roughly 5 minutes), then a different gentleman came in and told me my total was over $90. I asked why the total was that high as the emissions test is $18.50 and the headlight was $19.99. I was told I was charged for half an hour worth of labor ($60). I arrived at roughly 11:55am and my receipt is closed out at 12:08pm. That’s inspection/emissions test AND the light change. Ridiculous! He then informed me they did me a favor by only charging me half an hour as they normally charge an hour for the labor of the headlight and I didn’t even need the headlight changed to pass inspection. SCAM! After asking a few questions and stating they didn’t provide accurate cost, he told me he’d give me 10% off. I paid the total and left the building very upset. After talking to my mom about it, she then called and they told her I am a liar and none of this happened. Said they were trying to protect me by replacing the headlight even though that should be my parent’s responsibility. Incredibly rude! These gentleman at this location are not here to help and do NOT have your best interests. They are here to make money and doing so by taking advantage of young women. I was then asked to come back in so they can put the old headlight back in the car - as if I felt safe enough to do so after the disrespectful comments made. I highly advise you stay away from this location!!

Great people, fast service, clean and friendly. I went in for an oil change and later saw that they checked my tire pressure, topped off my break fluid, checked my filters and did other checks that I had no idea they were going to do. It was great.

Had to stop in and get some work done on my truck wound up having my coolant system drained and refilled. The gentleman working on my truck Alfredo was very knowledgeable and very nice took care of my truck. While waiting for to speak with Duston who manages the place. Very nice guy knew his stuff. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Will definitely go back and have them do any additional work on my truck. Highly recommend them!

Please SAVE your cars and your money!!! I took my car for Oil Change only. While I was waiting, the guy asked me to come to my car, I saw that he took the the AC filter and engine filter out of my car and recommended me to replace them, I didn’t ask him to do that and I asked him to put them back. After he finished, he charged me extra $10 claims that they had to open extra 10 screws (this is the first time I had this situation). However, I paid the full amount they asked. When I went back to my car, I saw dirt and oil everywhere, inside and outside the car. I asked him to clean up the oil dirt on the car’s doors and on the engine. When I went home, I found out that he messed up my engine when he was cleaning it up from the extra oil, and I saw some parts on the car’s floor that he didn’t put them back when he took out the AC filter. All this hassle was only for Oil change!!! Worse experience ever and I won’t go back to them again!

I asked them to send me the receipt in the email. He took down my email address. I reminded him twice before leaving. He said he is going to do it. Never got back to it. Receipt is not a big deal. I can’t trust the business who can’t keep their word. I wanted to have a soft copy of the receipt because when I asked him to check my old battery’s warranty, the first thing he asked me was if I had the old receipt when I bought the battery 2 years ago. Never going back to this location.

Such appreciation for the guys who work here. I come for my oil changes, but also a few extra maintenance repairs were brought to my attention (new brake pads and brake fluid), and they let me know of what the issues were and why these needed to be fixed asap. Efficient, friendly, and honest! I came in for oil & filter changes, with no appointment, and car was being serviced in less than 20min. Alfredo walked me through what needed doing before starting any work and actually showed me what he was working on. I’d also like to thank Dustin for taking care of me in front. Bonus: the lobby is big, air conditioned, and they have drinks if you need ‘em. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks, guys!

Super quick oil change! While there Alfredo brought it to my attention how important it was that I get my engine flushed due to the amount of miles, and since I had never had jt done before…. I usually go to the dealership and they hadn’t mentioned it- thankful for these mechanics who know what they’re doing and want to help you keep your engine running smoothly :)
