I always believed I needed to bring my vehicle to a dealer in order to receive warranty and mechanics who were "qualified" to work on my Mercedes. After visiting 2 Dallas dealers and being treated terribly, I decided to look for another reliable mechanic. I was fortunate to find Auto Web Expo in Carrollton. I called and was greeted by Farnoosh, the Service Manager, who was more than gracious to get me in for my A Service , assuring me I'd be well taken care of. The shop was impeccable and comfortable. Mary, the service admin, was friendly and helpful and made my visit go by quickly. Soon thereafter, I noticed my vehicle grinding at high speeds and again contacted Farnoosh who got me in immediately hearing my concern. He advised my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and the cost was far over my budget. I recently lost my job but brakes aren't something to put off on. Farnoosh knew my situation and worked with my budgeting, even saving me money by having the mechanic do some cleaning on the back rotors which would stave off the rear brake job for several months. As a former employee in a car dealership, I realize commission is part of a serv manager's salary, Farnoosh could have easily taken advantage of my situation but didn't. Honesty goes a long way. He has earned my trust; he has earned a customer who will now share a positive experience with other's. This goes far, specifically on a high-end vehicle. I have been a Customer Service manager and a Subject Matter Expert in Customer Retention for 30+ years. Customer's have OPTIONS and there are many shops here in the Greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area to choose from. Farnoosh is the consummate professional and truly cares for his customers. From just 2 visits - and wearing a mask! - he remembered my name. Peering through the glass into the mechanic's work area, I'm amazed the cleanliness of the work area and what he expects from his employees - many long-term employees. That says a lot about his leadership. These are difficult times for not only individuals, but for businesses who have competition and people have choices. We seek better deals to save a few dollars, often sacrificing quality. I highly recommend Auto Web Expo for your Mercedes needs. You will be well taken care of and pleased with the treatment all customers deserve. And tell Farnoosh Barbie sent you!

Today, I came in to get my yearly inspection.The customer service guy Ray was sweet and good looking lol.They immediately took my car to the back. No wait.Which is what I like. Very polite! He also offered me a push start for my car, I was like you’re playing right ? He’s like no, it’ll take five minutes. He made my day. I’m very satisfied. Thanks Auto Web.

I had a great Experience with the auto web service dept. although not my first time bringing my car here they are always helpful, from the phone call for setting my appointment, till the time I came in, Ray was pleasant to deal with.Overall a friendly, fast experience as always. Customer service is good. But the mechanic service department not good at all, i went for a oil change and they did not take the time to check the oil level. they added way too much oil to my vehicle that within 45 min of driving off this message came up 😕 lets just pray that they did not mess up my engine. Careful with the mechanic dept.

We had a horrible experience here. The first impression seemed like the cars were priced well, but after the first visit.. We got the runaround. No returned calls, questions not answered. We were trying to pay full price for a car, and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Finally... days later when we got ahold of James, he told us that the whole deal changed. They jacked up the price of the car by $1,000 and changed the offer on our trade in as well. He kept saying “I’m just guilty of trying to make a sell.” We also compared their list price to our the door price with 3 other local purchase agreements, and they have a ton of hidden fees in their pricing. They don’t care about giving anyone a good experience or being helpful, they ONLY care about making money. I can’t stress enough that you should go somewhere else. We ended up getting a newer car with lower mileage for THOUSANDS less than the car we were looking at here. I’m thankful that the true colors showed before we bought a car from such deceitful people.

Blown away by the outstanding communication and way that treat their customers! They were great at determining the repairs needed on my car and got everything covered through my extended warranty company and made it a simple process. They loaned me a luxury car as I waiting for mine to be ready. Farnoosh was AMAZING! very reassuring and made me feel very comfortable and did not try to over sale me anything. They even offered to replace my tires for a great price and did a oil change that was needed. I am very happy and will be a customer for life. Highly recommend. Thanks again guys.

Had a fantastic experience here yesterday! Me and my husband were both in car sales for years, so finding a fantastic sales person is a big bonus for us. We worked with Mo while we were there, and he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the Teslas, very understanding for where we wanted to be at budget wise and really fought to get us a fantastic deal. Every part of the experience was easy and he was very forthcoming with anything we needed to know. I would work with him again 100 times, and hope to in the future! If you’re looking for a new sales person, go to Mo!

Worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle, and I’ve purchased around 15 vehicles. They agreed on a price and told me the vehicle would be on the lot within two days. I waited over 13 days for the vehicle to arrive due to “unknown transportation issues” When the vehicle finally showed up, they jumped up their price from $34,900 to $38,900 claiming a “vehicle reconditioning dealer prep charge of $4,000”. I would highly recommend avoiding doing business with him. Very shady operation.

I purchased a 2019 Tesla Model S Performance from AutoWeb Expo in Plano, Texas, and it's been a nightmare. The car was sold to us with only 4% battery, a red flag we missed as first-time Tesla buyers. Four days later, the battery died completely, leaving us without a car for three weeks while Tesla replaced it. Beyond that, other issues kept the car undrivable for two out of three months, costing us $2,000 to $2,500 in repairs. AutoWeb Expo ignored our attempts to address these pre-existing problems. Worse, as we were leaving, I overheard the finance manager call me a dumbass on the salesman's speakerphone. Their unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and poor vehicle prep make this dealership a gamble. Buyers, inspect everything closely-especially the battery-before buying. Also, they will ask you to leave a review while you are there. Don't do it. Wait until you see how the vehicle is going to hold up. I don't know how they are doing it but this review has been taken down twice. Don't buy from these people.

Very bad experience, used to come here since I buy my cars but since Mr farnoosh left is not the same no more you do t get that greetings and man they didn’t even did a courtesy car wash. I will definitely take my business somewhere else . I didn’t mind driving far and going from place to place because they keep moving they are never in one spot for over 2 years I think but the service dept is nasty too I didn’t want to take pictures of where they worked but the guys don’t even look like they are certified technicians they may do the job but their work area is very unorganized . Went to restroom and man is nasty . Even the glass on the waiting area made me feel uncomfortable with the furniture that looks old and used
