Came here 3 times. So Spanish guys helping with the smile and Patching Tires,paying leaving all good. But today i came and i welcomed by guy with the Beard. He dont want to Patch or fix he wants to replace to Used tire so he makes more money. Just do what costumer asked for. Thats all.

I trust Mike’s Tires with all my tire needs! They carry tires for Teslas and always handle my car with great care. Victor is incredibly friendly, the service is fast, and the prices are unbeatable. They also take care of my annual inspections, and they’re always super quick!

I have gone to this place twice already, for two separate cars. Fast service and great price. I asked the attendant "How much for two tires and how long would it take?" He told the price for each and that it would take 20 minutes. Done. This will be my go to place for tires from now on.

I had a very bad experience here. After I agreed with the workers on a price to install the tires I brought, the owner suddenly tried to charge me more. When I refused, he got angry, slammed the door, and yelled at me in front of everyone. He even told the workers to uninstall the tires and put my old ones back. They wouldn’t even put my tires back in the trunk — they just rolled them toward my car, and I had to load them myself. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. I will never come back here, and I do not recommend this place at all.

I have been a customer of Mike's tires for 3 years I give it five stars because the guys are always wonderful kind helpful and explain things when I don't understand what's going on with my car but whenever that dad is around the owner's father there's always a problem he came and got into the conversation between me and one of the mechanics and started telling me all this stuff not even knowing what we were talking about and then got into it with my mechanic trying to tell him that he need to do things another way no I don't appreciate that and I don't like it every time I see him he calls me problems but when it comes to the other guys they're absolutely wonderful and I am very grateful for all the mechanics that are at this place cuz they have been the greatest mechanics I've seen in the last several years and they work hard and do a great job on my car every time

Just got a newish tire swapped out for super cheap and fast. Tire has plenty of tread is a little old but that’s perfectly fine for what I needed. They were fast, friendly, and very efficient. I work at a shop myself on the other side of Plano. And I’ve always heard great things from everyone, they have treated my friends with the best of respect when I recommend them here. finally I needed a tire changed quick and cheap, sure enough they held up to their reputation. I’ll always send my friend here.

Do not recommend. The manager in charge here is very rude. I had called for a price last week even texted the person who was assisting me and went in this week due to no transportation and the manager told me “ last weeks price is not today’s price “. That’s not what my messages stated.

I came into Mike’s in a bad mood, but they made my day! I needed a few tires replaced, and Victor and the team were more than accommodating. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the prices were extremely reasonable.
