I use Bill's for my trailer issues .. electrical, wheel bearings, etc. Gary has been great to work with. Very accommodating, quality work and a fair price .. very difficult to find any one of these elsewhere that alone all three. When I picked up my trailer, I asked about a rattle in my truck. They put it on a lift & found a loose Shock mount which needed tightening. In and out in 15 minutes. These guys take care of business!!

STAY AWAY!! SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY. Go somewhere else!! I’ve been let down by many vendors, I’ve never left a negative review before. I felt compelled to do this for Bill’s radiator though. Two weeks ago I brought my car over to Bill’s because it was overheating and shut down. When I met Gary at Bill’s radiator, he spoke very highly of his team’s competence and ethical behaviour. He is an older gentleman, who seemed credible to me. I told him what repairs might be needed, but his response to me was that they like to do their own diagnosis.I left the car with them. I get a call later that day about the car needing a new radiator and spark plugs, oxygen sensors, new thermostat and a total estimate of 1680. I asked if this would make the car run well and pass state inspection, he said absolutely yes! I agreed to the repairs, he said it would be done in a day. A week goes by and I have no update from Gary, I call them a few times and get the standard responses, like issues with staff, other work etc. A couple of days later Gary calls me and says he thinks my gasket is blown and might require engine work. “We don't do it, but I know a great guy right across the street who fix it. We did not change the oxygen sensors, so if you just pay me 1300, I will deliver the car to this other shop” he said He charges me 1300 and drops the car across the street. The guy across the street takes one look at the car and says it needs a new engine, why did you waste all this money on a radiator? Its burning coolant, I can smell it, no diagnosis necessary! The engine is more expensive than the car, you should junk it! So I wasted almost two weeks and 1300 dollars, for a car that should’ve been junked! I called Gary again, and he took no responsibility and encouraged me to go to the court. So here I am in the people’s court. I had initially thought it was either a severe lack of competence or a lack of ethics with this business. Now I am convinced it’s both. STAY AWAY!!!

Had an A/C condenser line rubbing on a metal surface causing it to leak refrigerant. Brought it in for repairing and Don was effective and quick, had it done within 20 minutes. Gary up at the front was such a pleasure to deal with, greeted me with a smile. Even charged me less than originally quoted. These guys are awesome

I really enjoyed my experience at Bills radiator. Gary is a very nice gentleman who will make you feel right at home, and the technicians in the shop seem to have a good quality of work. They welded an exhaust for me and I thought the welds look very nice and the price is very reasonable. I will be back!

Gary is the absolute best. A few years ago I brought my ford contour for some exhaust work the worker helped me decide what exactly I wanted done meanwhile Gary and i had a deep conversation about life (I was a very shy person at the time so that speaks volumes about his character). Today I brought my Pontiac GTO to have them fix the horrendous job I did on my exhaust, Gary was still there and gave great conversation again. Great people and even great results.

Im positive I found my go-to auto shop. My catalytic converter was stolen along with the O2 line cut. My bf called many places to try to get it fixed and This was the best and only place to have it replaced. Don was great! He was reasonable and honest. Service had always been lacking as a 25 year customer but knowing the people i was loyal, but once I found out that I was treated dishonestly (nice way to put) with what was done. I will never return again, sincerely. Owner will never talk to you about it. He's afraid of confrontation. By the way.lol
