Texas Collision Centers - Central Plano took excellent care of my car repair and getting it back on the road looking like new again! The kindness, professionalism and true service provided by the team, and especially by my service advisor Josh were very much appreciated- from the regular updates provided during the process, getting my car completed on time, and taking care of getting my rental car returned. I even received a small vial of extra paint for touch ups if needed. They also honored and took care of some warranty work from a previous repair. Additionally, the warm hosptialty of the front office crew and the beautiful waiting areas help a not-so-fun situation much more tolerable (maybe even enjoyable)! ◡̈ Thanks for once again taking such good care of my car and for the outstanding experience all around!!

I would like to give a huge, heartfelt thank-you to Andrew for doing an absolutely phenomenal job on my Kia K5. From start to finish, he exceeded every expectation I had, not only with the quality of his work but also with the way he carried himself throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in what they do, but Andrew truly shows it in every detail, every update, and every interaction. I was in the unfortunate situation of being in a car accident. After days of dealing with the insurance, they finally recommended me to this place. I had previously looked up reviews for "top body and mechanic shops in my area" and this place was ranked at the top of the list. I came in, a little hesitant since I had never been in a situation like this, but ANDREW GALVAN made me feel welcome and walked me thru the entire process and expectations. He gave me an estimate of how much time my repairs would take and what was likely to be done to the vehicle. He listened to ALL my concerns and assured me they would inspect the vehicle thoroughly and take care of all the issues that were caused by the accident. He notified me right away when the vehicle was ready and I came to pick it up. Upon arrival ANDREW GALVAN greeted me and asked how I've been since the accident. He then went over everything they did to my truck and what they found/repaired. He then walked me to my vehicle and allowed me to give it a full inspection and told me to drive it for a couple of days to make sure it was back to normal. The truck looks great and is working with no problems! I'm really glad I was able to leave my vehicle with Texas Collision Center and work with ANDREW GALVAN.

I’m a car enthusiast with super high standards for repairs, so I chose Texas Collision after reading their amazing reviews. I had such a great experience at Texas Collision Center in Plano, especially working with Ron. As a woman taking my car in for repairs after an accident, I really appreciated how polite, professional, and respectful Ron was throughout the entire process. I was pleased with the service I received from Texas collision center, from the professionalism of the staff, the cost of my repair, and the time from beginning to end for the repairs to be completed. They made the entire process low effort for me by coordinating with enterprise to ensure I had a rental available upon dropping off my vehicle with them and working directly with my insurance company. I had my car repaired here. The customer service was fine, but the mechanics/body repair team unfortunately didn't properly reassemble some components. The battery terminal was loose, and the top cover wasn't secured. I also discovered today that the vehicle was dirty and missing the jack and other accessories. If you choose to have your car serviced here, I recommend thoroughly checking it before and after the work to ensure everything is in place. Moreover, their technician left the terminal loose causing the whole vehicle to shut down and we had to call tow and get the vehicle towed and later found out they didn't bother to tighten up the terminal. Insurance paid almost $4500 for the small dent. We initially assumed they were professional, but that unfortunately wasn't the case.
