My car is a CPO Volkswagen and then it was torn up in a car wash. Greg Gansle is the only person I go to at Hendrick because of his many years of experience. Greg monitored every step of the repair process. He is one of the finest service advisors I have ever dealt with. I hope Hendrick is astute enough to recognize Greg's value to their dealership. There are not too many like Greg Gansle. When folks like him retire it leaves a void that is hard to fill.

I am very upset. I have not had a good experience in totality at your dealership. I loved my salesman & I bought a car that I love, but due to how it was manufactured it makes grinding braking sounds. It’s a known issue that I brought to your team, and it won't be fixed. Every time I have brought my car for service there has been an issue, and I have remained quiet. I can't be quiet anymore. On 1 visit when I got my car back, I had my VW issued power cord taken and there was blaring music on my radio and the station had been changed. Why remove things from my car or run my battery with your music? On another visit I had the bezels from my custom wheels removed and not replaced. Probably due to damage from the servicing person not understanding how to remove the center cap so they pried them off. Why not just tell me and replace or repair it? On Friday, 4/11 I dropped my car off and had your shuttle drop me off, since I work across the street near Legacy West; 7 min away. I get off at 5 and called at about 5 to check on my car because I hadn't received my normal call, and to get a ride back to the dealership. I was told by the service area receptionist that there was no one to get me & that the shuttle service stopped at 5pm. It was surprise to me. No one had explained that, so I was stranded, and I understood I would need to Uber over. I was definitely disappointed, but ok, no problem, "can I please get a status on my car"? I was transferred to a voicemail, I hung up. I called back & was placed in the same voicemail again. My guess is someone saw the same number and rather than speak to me just sent me to the same dead end. I called back and selected the front desk and a young man actually got up and walked to the service area so that I could be helped. I was very thankful. The person in service that I was transferred to advised that the person at the end of the dead-end voicemail that had checked me in was gone for the day, but my car had its service completed. I Uber'd over ($17 dollar for 1 mile) and in short order I am on my way. I walked the outside of the car to inspect it because, I had learned my lesson about the wheels & these were brand new. I get in the car and head home only to realize my passenger side had scratches and gouges on the passenger side dashboard and cockpit/console areas. All this time I thought that it was all just bad luck, but something is wrong. Why would there never be anyone reporting to me that these things are being taken or broker or damaged. Why is it a game of hiding seek where there is no self-accountability? I am disturbed that the service area doesn't seem to value the service part. It would feel better and instill more trust to hear that we damaged this or that, but we are going to fix it or replace it. As a customer that has been loyal but feels dumb for it... What am I supposed to do, Hendrick VW Frisco?

We used Hendrick to purchase our certified used 2024 VW atlas cross sport and have been happy with the service we have received. From our salesman, Todd and then Joe and the other guys in the service department. Everyone has been very nice and easy to work with. We had a problem with our AC and they got it fixed and even washed and vacuumed our vehicle when they were done. We will continue to use Hendrick for all of our VW needs.

I had the worst car buying experience with David from sales. He told me on my face to “don’t buy it then” and literally told me to get out of his office. Reason: I asked him to match the car price online on the website. He didn’t listen and sold me a car $2000 above the online price. Do managers or owners even take notice? Thanks

Waited over 5 hours for what should have been a simple spark plug replacement after a check engine light. My service agent promised to explain the inspection results in person but never followed up, while other agents were actually updating their customers. The only “communication” I got was a vague text link that just said spark plugs need replacing—no details on which cylinders, how many plugs, or what was really wrong. Depending solely on these texts is a bad system. Not everyone has strong cell service or time to fight with slow-loading links, and a customer shouldn’t have to chase down an agent to get basic information. Even a quick heads-up or progress update would have helped me plan my time accordingly, instead of wasting an entire day sitting in the lobby. Instead, I was repeatedly told “20 more minutes,” which stretched into hours. This was hands down the worst VW service experience I’ve ever had.

Came in for a quick oil change; you know, the “in and out” kind they promise. They said inspection and oil change would take about 1.5 hours. Cute. I’m now 10 minutes away from hitting the 3-hour mark, and after asking for a status update three times, I’ve gotten the greatest hits: “pulling your car out,” “just finishing some reports,” and “almost done!” Spoiler: it’s never almost done. If you plan to service here, just clear your calendar, pack a lunch, maybe bring a sleeping bag. Think of it as a day trip, destination: waiting room.

Found car on AutoTrader & CarGurus with a clean history with no accidents reported. I drove 1.5 hrs to see this car. Get there and they said its in terrible shape, side mirror hanging off, and dents in back of car. Why keep that a secret when Im going to see it anyways in person! If you dont want to be looked as a crooked dealership, you might want to disclose everything upfront in the pictures.
