Absolutely amazing! I was involved in an accident and needed to get repairs done on my vehicle and the insurance company recommended this place. So glad I came! From the moment I first called, Jennifer at the front desk was so helpful and explained the process of dropping off the vehicle and getting a rental car. She was not only professional, but also offered advice based on what she had done in the past in order to provide the best customer care and make sure this process was as easy as possible for me. Throughout the repairs, Mike kept me informed as to what stage of repairs the car was entering, and an ETA on when parts would be delivered. I really liked that at the beginning of the week I received a phone call to discuss what work would take place that week, then a follow up text message as each step was completed. There was never a point where I didn't understand what work was being done, and no confusion surrounding the ETA of completion. Unfortunately there was a delay in receiving the parts needed for my repair, however I was always informed as of the new ETA. There was a point where I would potentially pick up my vehicle without the last plastic guard while we waited for the delivery, and Mike was even going to go the extra mile to paint the temporary parts I would receive to match the vehicle. I was blown away by how much care the team was taking in terms of making sure I was satisfied given the situation. Thankfully all parts got delivered pretty quick despite a delay from the dealership, and when I picked up the car, I was blown away once more because the car was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off! Mike explained the final overview of all work that was completed, and Jennifer had the final paperwork and receipts ready for me so I was able to grab the keys and be on my way in a matter of minutes. Absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out!

With four cars in our family, unfortunately, we have spent some time at Caliber Collision. The car is always ready when they say it will be, it's always put back together correctly, and it looks great when we go to pick it up. They're always willing to take a look at anything once we get the car home. If we have questions, they just don't stop with their great service until we are one hundred percent satisfied. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Caliber Collision twice, and both experiences have been exceptional. David Rojas helped me with the first vehicle repair, and he was incredibly professional, warm, and kind. The repairs were flawless, and the whole process was seamless. More recently, I worked with Greg Bitzer, the general manager. Greg is genuinely one of the kindest, most communicative, and transparent people I’ve ever worked with in the auto repair world. I usually prefer to communicate by email because of my busy work schedule, and Greg made it easy. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, provided detailed updates, and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. It’s clear he truly cares about both the customers and the quality of work being delivered. I also want to give a shoutout to the front desk staff. I may be mistaken on her name, but I believe it’s Leslie. She keeps everything running smoothly. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm welcome and makes sure every customer is taken care of. She’s also great to chat with, and her professionalism really stands out. UPDATED: Repairs looked good, but the inside of our car was super dusty when we got it back. The turn signal on the side the worked on popped out of body shortly after getting it home, but they were able to address that. There was a huge mix up with some mechanical issues discovered after the repairs were made and a local dealership was quick to point the blame at Caliber. I believed them and reported it to my insurance and left a bad review. As events unfolded, the dealership ended up figuring out that it couldn't have been Caliber that caused the mechanical issues and they repaired it under warranty. The people at the Plano location were adamant they didn't cause the issue, but he was very good about communicating with me and following up. I'm sorry I was so quick to believe the dealership's initial assessment. I would do business with them again.
