I had a negative experience at Just Tires located at 8012 Coit Rd, Plano, Texas. I initially visited the shop to fix a flat tire, but they informed me that they couldn't repair it and suggested replacing all the tires instead. Since I have another car and don't drive this one frequently, I requested them to only replace the left side rear tire, which had an air leak. Unfortunately, they mistakenly replaced the right side rear tire instead. After realizing the error, they went inside to discuss the situation and returned with different stories in an attempt to cover up their mistake. They claimed that both tires needed replacement due to leaks. I questioned why they hadn't informed me about the leak in the other tire earlier, to which they responded with a nonsensical explanation about inspecting and replacing the tires one by one. It was clear they were lying and attempting to pressure me into installing the other tire. I expressed my refusal to do so and requested them to re-install the old tire, but they only put on a temporary spare tire instead. I'm unsure why they couldn't put the old tire back. A few days earlier, I had visited another shop where they informed me that the tire had been ripped off and couldn't be repaired or reinstalled. The tire with the rip was cunningly placed in my car trunk in a way that the ripped side was positioned at the bottom, making it difficult for anyone to notice. Overall, my experience with Just Tires was extremely unpleasant. They were dishonest, provided poor customer service, and did not properly service my car. I have no intention of returning to this place in the future. Despite submitting a similar review on their website, the company chose not to publish it. It appears that they only publish positive reviews and selectively ignore negative ones.

I took two of my cars to Just Tires on Coit road in Plano for an alignment and was exceptionally pleased with the quality of service and work performed. Sam and the entire team were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The alignment for both vehicles was spot on and the vehicle inspections they did were quite helpful. They identified issues I did not know about but there was zero pressure to do anything. I do most of my own vehicle service so I’ll take care of the identified issues shortly. I’ll be sure to reach out to them when my tires need replacement. Thank you!

Kris and Sam are great! Professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. Brought my Honda Pilot in expecting a repair for a bolt in my tire. Kris informed me a repair would not be an option as the location of the bolt was not in the repair zone. Quickly worked me into a new tire solution. I arrived at 2:51 for a 3:00 tire rotation appointment and I was told it would take 30-40 minutes once they got the car back. The car didn’t move back for an hour. I got the key at 4:48. 2 hours for a scheduled tire rotation is completely unacceptable. The staff was unapologetic. The cherry on top is they tried to tell me I needed new wipers. It started raining shortly after I left. See the attached video. Edit for the second cherry on top: When the car was returned to me I asked the tech if they had inflated the tires to the car manufacturer’s recommended pressures. He confirmed that all four tires had been inflated per the manufacturer’s spec. They had also reset the tire pressure monitoring system, so I couldn’t see the tire pressure in my car until I had driven a few miles. Lo and behold, these tire techs can’t even inflate tires properly. All of my tires were off, one of them was 9PSI above the manufacturer’s spec (that’s a lot). When I got home, I confirmed the TPS readings with a pen gauge. See attached photos. My car’s recommend pressures are 32 front / 38 rear. The wheels haven’t fallen off, so I can’t give them one star.

Overall very nice staff but horrible workman ship. Do not recommend. Simple install of new tires and scratched every rim, one rim badly scratched. Have to get all wheels fixed and without truck for 2 days. Pain in the… They did offer to make right still working through that process however, all they do is just tires and to mess up brand new rims I just don’t get it.

I needed an alignment and 2 tires replaced quick, I been to other places and they aren't what this company is all the other places just take your money with no update on your car or the time it would take. We have only put two vehicles into this shop- for tires only, and it did not go well at all. One vehicle had one tire replaced, and they scratched the rim up heavily- deep 1 mil cuts into the metal all the way around. See photos. When I showed them what they had done, I was told I could go get it fixed, buffed out somewhere, then bring the invoice in for a discount on my next service with them. So it's on me to go run around to fix their screw up. No, don't think I will take him up on his loose change discount offer- they will never touch any of my vehicles again, even for 'just tires' and will let as many people I know in the area know about this place. The damage is not simple to fix, if fixable at all, it's deep, the rim is uglied up. On a different vehicle, all four tires were changed. They failed to clean off the white messy lube from tire side walls used on the mount machine. One week later, the pressure sensor was loose and banging around inside the rim. I do not know for certain if they did something to damage and cause it to break loose, but very likely seeing this is this vehicle's first tire swap, they were the first to access the sensor. I was told it would take about 30 minutes to address. Two and a half hours later, no call, so I go back up there. That's when they decided to actually look at it and and glue it back in place. I am not sure this is a good fix since I did not get to see it- something tells me it will eventually break off and then it becomes a my problem at some random time and place. The business name is incorrect- they do all the other basic auto 'services', so they get bogged down and cannot accurately say how long something will take. I am telling everyone I know to avoid this place. UPDATE: the pressure sensor fell off again while on an out of town trip. Went to a Discount Tire who fixed it properly in 20 minutes, even when it was two hours to close before the thanksgiving holiday. They were all laughing at the shoddy tape and glue job done by Just Tires- who also drew a Tesla logo on the tape as some sort of bad joke. See photo. Goodyear owns this shop and screwed me with the damage, so I will won’t ever purchase Goodyear tires again.

I'm beyond frustrated with Just Tires in Plano. A couple of weeks after having my rear brakes done there, my rear wheel completely flew off while I was driving on the highway. It turns out they negligently forgot to properly tighten the lug nuts. This could have easily led to a serious accident — or worse, someone could have died. I’m honestly so relieved that my step kids weren’t in the car with me at the time, as it was an absolutely terrifying experience. When I contacted the Plano location about this dangerous mistake, the manager initially assured me they would make things right. But when I returned in person a week later to have the new tire put on and asked how they intended to compensate me for the significant inconvenience and negligence, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. They showed no remorse for the situation, and instead of taking responsibility, they treated me like a nuisance. To make matters worse, they implied that I was the reason someone lost their job, even though I never asked for anyone to be fired. They offered to give me a future free oil change knowing that I was moving out of state and wouldn't even be able to use it. I still don’t know the full extent of the damage that was caused to my car since I haven’t had a chance yet to take it to a different auto shop for inspection. On a positive note, the manager at the Rockwall location was much more professional and empathetic. He genuinely apologized for what happened and even gave me a free oil change while I was there to make up for the ordeal. It’s unfortunate that the Plano location was so much worse in comparison. Adding to my frustration, it took a full week for them to get a new tire and finally fix the issue to get me back to the place I was at originally before the whole ordeal. I have had to cancel work appointments and move my entire schedule around because of all of this. The entire experience has been a nightmare, and I am deeply disappointed in the Plano location’s lack of care, professionalism, and accountability. I would not trust them again with my vehicle, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for any auto service.

I took my car in for a slow leak repair and was impressed with the thorough service. They not only fixed the initial leak, but also found two nails in another tire. While one was in the sidewall and couldn't be repaired, their diligence prevented a potential future issue. Since the tires were nearly new, with only 9,000 miles, I needed a quick replacement. As they didn't have one in stock, I went to the dealership. I really appreciate their helpfulness and their free tire pressure check service is a fantastic bonus. I highly recommend them for their excellent service.
