I was referred over to these guys by Steven the store manager at the AutoZone across the street. I actually do roadside service myself, but I absolutely refuse to work on my own stuff as crazy as that may sound. A couple weeks ago, though I needed some stuff done. Went to AutoZone initially to get some parts because I was just gonna break down and do it myself when Steven suggested he had a shop that could probably take care of me. While I have never been a fan of chain shops, such as brakes plus or Firestone Pep Boys, etc. He told me to go over there and see Jacob and that they would absolutely take care of me that if he didn’t trust them, he wouldn’t refer them. Well, let me tell you, these guys did take care of me and they did an awesome job. I remember being in here not too long ago and there was a different store manager. That was absolutely horrible. I found out that Jacob is the recently newly promoted store manager and he seems to be doing a terrific job. Guys I appreciate the help you provided me and I will definitely be back when I have things on my own vehicles that need work in the future.

I was recommended this shop by a friend and they did not disappoint! The new manager is fantastic!! Jacob sat next to me in the waiting room, handed me a paper with prices on it. Explained everything I needed on my car. He then took me into the shop, showed everything to me. He told me what I needed now, and what I could wait on which was very helpful. It was overall a great experience. This will be my new shop for everything!

I had an excellent experience at this Brakes Plus location. Special thanks to Jonah and Jacob — both are very knowledgeable and professional. They didn’t try to oversell anything and only recommended the services that were truly needed. Jacob went the extra mile by pulling up my car’s history on Carfax to clarify an earlier service record and provided genuine advice on other maintenance items. Despite it being close to closing time, the team stayed late to finish my service. Overall, a great experience — highly recommend this branch for their honesty, expertise, and customer care.

I went in for an A/C to get my freon recharged. Friendly service by Scott. I was provided an estimated timeline. This was late Saturday afternoon, and hardly anyone was in the waiting area. Work was completed, and I was advised to follow up to ensure the diagnosis. Be sure to mention you have a coupon because I had one and totally forgot until after the fact and there was no reminder here unlike the other Euless location I had visited prior.

Vanessa and Jake are AMAZING!! I came in to get my front bakes on my Audi replaced and they saw my lugs were out in improperly and they corrected that. Jake was even kind enough to reach out to another shop for a part. I take my car to this Brakes Plus for routine service, and they are consistently exceptional. What really sets them apart is that I don’t feel pressured into unnecessary add-on repairs like I’ve experienced at many other shops over the years. Instead, they take the time to clearly explain what’s actually needed and why, which has built trust and has earned my loyalty. Jacob, the Store Manager, is outstanding at customer service - professional, patient and genuinely focused on making sure customers feel comfortable and informed. It’s refreshing to find an auto service shop that prioritizes transparency and respect. There is another Brakes Plus closer to me, but this one is worth the drive. I highly recommend this Brakes Plus location.

Jacob and Jonah were really nice and welcoming. Jacob, the store manager, was suuuper helpful and explained everything very clearly. He even busted out his drawing skills to break down and explain everything I couldn’t visualize. Car stuff isn’t cheap, and I had an unexpected issue with my car that they noticed, but Jacob and Jonah both tried to bump it down as much as possible for me. They didn’t force services on anyone they didn’t think was necessary or needed. Jacob definitely has some real nice people skills, too. All in all, definitely the Brakes Plus you want to go to. 10/10 communication, 10/10 service 👍

Explained everything to me in detail, got my Lexus up and running again with no shaking anymore, and did my oil change while I was already there. Amazing Staff and amazing Mechanics. If you’re someone that doesn’t know a lot about cars and need someone to break it down for you, this is the place to go too.

My intentions were to share a glowing report regarding my service on Saturday at Brake Plus. Jonah the tech who assisted me was great in his customer service. However, I am disappointed now. I came in to get my air intake hoses replaced on my 2014 MB s-550 that was brought to my attention at Jiffy Lube earlier. I had been coming to Brake Plus for quite awhile up until this point, dropping thousands of dollars on repairs for a 2009 Dodge Avenger. I was told the parts for the s-550 were $293.99 a piece for 2 hoses figuring it would be a whole more if I took it to the dealership. Now I am upset with myself because I failed to do research first and now I see I could have gotten the 2 hoses off ebay for $60 total from one seller. Additionally, other reputable online European parts websites are offering the hoses for under $100 a piece. I just can’t believe Brake Plus company markup on parts at this rate. Customer service was great and the quickness of repair was outstanding. But, the price for the parts were outrageous!!!!!

I had a great experience at Brakes Plus at the Coit & Spring Creek location. I brought my car in for an AC repair, and as always, the team was fast, friendly, and very professional. Vanessa at the front desk was especially helpful and welcoming. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and her great attitude really stood out. Mike did an excellent job fixing my AC. He worked quickly, and now it’s blowing ice-cold air again! I truly appreciate the quality service and would definitely recommend this location.
