I walked in for some wires. Greeting upon entering. As I was shopping I asked if there was a restroom and was told no. Question seemed to bother the Assistant Manager. I went about my business and asked what a specific wire did. I got a reluctant response? Found what I needed went to pay and asked which register. She just pointed. Rang me up and just stood there. I was confused. Paid with my card she printed the receipt and layed it on the counter next to my purchase. I asked for a bag, she bagged it. Absolutely no verbal exchange. I asked if my asking for a restroom bothered her that much to be so rude. Her response , "there's a sign on the door". Still no need to be rude. She said she was practicing social distancing. I get it but you can be polite from six feet away I told her. No response.

Went there today to have turn signal light replaced - the young man who helped me went above and beyond and replaced the bulb for me - service was much better than AutoZone services. Wish I could remember his name.

Decided to buy a KNN air filter for my car today so I stopped by here. Cole ordered it and had it delivered in 2 hours to the store and helped with the install. Cole is a very genuine and helpful guy, he went above and beyond my expectations! The next time I need parts for my car, he's the guy I'm calling and buying from. I would definitely reccomend anyone I know to get their automotive equipment and parts ordered at this store. Will be back soon.๐

This O'Reilly is staffed with good, friendly, knowledgeable staff who will always offer to help out when they're free. Expect to wait if they're busy, but also expect good service and assistance in retrieving parts and doing basic installs in your vehicle for no extra charge. For example, new car battery or wiper blades. They replaced my battery with the one I had just purchased, and checked the alternator while they were at it. Inventory is usually pretty good as well, with most "maintenance" parts having two or three brands to choose from.

My impression is O Reilly is always expensive, just today again at AutoZone were having same item in $2 lesser and the person who were handling me he checked himself online and ready to match price but suddenly lady Manager denied and just to save my time i purchase But seriously i had bad experience from that Lady Manager at this store. I will not suggest to buy anything from this location because customer handling counts a lot.

The assistant store manager is extremely unprofessional. As I went to pick up my battery replacement, the ASM was struggling to locate my warranty. As I began to describe why he was unable to find the warranty (because it was under a new phone number) he interrupted me saying โletโs not get into all of that right now.โ He continued to struggle and i made a second attempt to help him and he gave me a disgusting look. He was definitely the most unprofessional individual on staff, the other two associates older white lady and Jessie were extremely helpful and friendly. Iโm surprised anyone saw ASM potential in such a disrespectful, close-minded, and ancient individual .

Hats off to Noah at the Flower Mound, TX store who found and installed a replacement battery for me on a Saturday night when I was about to head out of town after mine died. Fast, professional service!

Great guys here. Got a deal on wiper blades, and they put them on for me. Great customer service. Update: I had to return the blades because they squeaked and jumped across my windshield. So much for getting a good deal. I had to pay full price @ $50 something dollars for decent blades. I was at their mercy because by now my old blades had been thrown out. I would have never purchased $50 blades. The same ones on Amazon are about $25 cheaper.

The young man who helped me was SO sweet in assisting me in choosing the right product to buy, and didn't mind when I made a change to another brand at the last minute. He installed the wiper blades I purchased quickly, and I was on my way. Five-star star customer service! Thank you.

Thank you Jesse so happy to have met you and I really appreciated your kindness.

Chris, the store manager, and his co-worker, Brian, went above and beyond what most stores would do for a customer. Chris spent a considerable amount of time on the phone trying to help me. When I finally got to the store, he again went beyond what was explained. He replaced an out of warranty battery for me because he wanted to make sure I was safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this store!!

This is actually crazy but why not. I went in to get oil and filters for my car and the guy helping us was super nice. We ended up having to go back in later that same day to get more oil and the same guy (the receipts say Ryan) helped us again. If by some crazy chance you see this Ryan, I thought you were cute and just wanted to shoot my shot.

Exceptional service from Chris in looking for a headlight replacement. He explained and pointed out visually the difference between my car's style of lamp vs others, and he was very thorough and helpful without talking down to me at all. My husband and I will use this shop exclusively for parts. Well done.

Came in and asked to get my veichle looked at and was told to wait, they were short staffed so i waited a while and when he finally came out he just stood there like he didnt wanna really help so i popped the hood and pulled it open for him. When he finally looked at it we went inside and said he didnt know what it was a couple of times till i kept asking "are you sure" then he was like i think its this one, so i asked to see it and said he didnt have any in stock so i asked if he could write the name down, he said "we dont have any paper" after i kept looking at him he went and got a piece of receipt paper and handed it to me. If you cant do your job properly and write down the name on a paper of whatever is on your screen instead of having the customer write it down than get another job smh extremely unprofessional!!!! To top it off his shirt said "Manager" i believe his name was Ken... Never coming to this O'Reilly anymore...

Worst service ever never coming here again I rather go to autozone the lady in the front counter named nina was so rude she didn't even know whether we where looking for also she was more focused on a kid on the back, I will give credit to alaeddin he knew what we was talking about thats the reason why I give it 2 starts, she was also rude to alaeddin when he tried to help her find it .

I been there all week long purchasing parts for my Mustang, Nina has been really helpful explaining to me the exact parts I need to find a problem in my ac leak. Do recommend shop there if need help on service with battery or with questions of any parts you have they will do, not try, do they best to answer your questions.

Today I stopped at O'Reilly at Parker and Custer road to have someone check my transmission fluid. The young man had no idea how to get the level. He said he only knows how to check the oil. Needless to say he watched me do it and I'm a female in my 60's. A few months back at a different location a young man working as an O'Reilly employee refused to look up a part on the computer for my vehicle because he was tired. I don't understand how o'reilly's can possibly have a four point four rating on google unless they are deleting all these reviews. Eventually you're gonna have to put these ads up or start hiring people with some knowledge on vehicles.
