I brought my car in for repair just to find out mid repair that in order to complete the job, I would need additional work done. Supposedly, the first repair caused for the additional repair. So I stopped by the shop to check on my vehicle because I wanted to see what was actually going on. Again, I was told that more service needed to be done after the first additional repair. The service advisor stated that they will help me out on the price, which we agreed, because of the long repair time. I was happy with the price and was told my vehicle would be ready towards the end of the week. Keep in mind the original repair started 07/16. I came to pickup my vehicle today, 07/26. Everything checked out well until it was time to pay. The bill was no where near close to the negotiated cost. I felt blindsided, and after discussing with two service agents, I ended up having to pay an additional one thousand dollars for the repair after being told a set price a few days before. I work in customer service at Enterprise Mobility, and this was not handled in a professional manner. I am completely dissatisfied and will no longer be doing business here in the future. Your word is everything, and taking care of your customers should be the priority. My biggest takeaway from this experience is to have everything in writing moving forward (a verbal agreement is not enough) and also to record your conversations when it comes to negotiation.

About a year and a half ago, I had a part replaced at Tommy’s European. The initial diagnosis came with some trouble, as it was a one off issue that is not very common. After pointing the technicians towards research found on numerous forums online to help the diagnosis, the suggested parts were replaced, the car ran perfectly fine with no issues until a couple of weeks ago.
After returning to Tommy’s with the same symptoms occurring under the same circumstances after about a year and a half, I was given the run-around and was pointed towards an ENGINE replacement to remedy the issue, as there were “metal flakes” found in my oil.
I do my own oil changes every 3500 miles, and always check the filter and oil for any contaminates as I strive to keep my car in optimal working condition.
After returning home from Tommy’s, I changed my oil and replaced the oil filter. I did not observe any metal or contaminants in my oil.
All the individuals I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with were wonderful, however the failure to recognize the possibility of a part going bad under warranty, and instead pointing a customer towards a $10,000 engine replacement makes me want to take my future needs elsewhere.

I brought my car in to diagnose no sound coming from the right side speakers. They replaced the amplifier and all was well. The next day, I noticed the speaker casing has cracked. It is obvious they broke it and did not say anything about it. My car is in mint condition and it is impossible to NOT notice this. If they would do this with something so small, no doubt they would pawn off their mistakes on an even larger issue. Very dishonest people, I would not recommend.
