Jason and Robert are honest, experienced and fair. They are great to work with and have given me the auto service & repair I've been looking for. I'm a savvy guy. I check part prices and services online and at local sources. Jason and Robert always have the best deal. They also are a wealth of info on their trade. I've learned a lot working with them. Highly recommend!

Very impressed by the work they did on my alternator. Quick and honest. Can't recommend enough. Update, got my breaks done here recently, seemed a bit overpriced. $650 for all breaks and 2 rotors but still cheaper than the dealership who wanted $1k.

SHUSSSH ! ...... DON'T TELL ANYONE !!!! This small shop is a hidden away "secret gem" and it is almost like having your own (honest) "private mechanic" that has YOUR best interests in mind. (Like where can you find THAT nowdays?) Jason, Robert and crew have been handeling my cars for many years now. I would always trust them to fix what the dealerships repeatedly seem to fail to get right. The honesty without all the unnecessary upselling is what makes this my first and usually only stop shop for anything automotive. With On-Site Auto you can get a lot of things done for far less than the price of even ONE new car payment and a LOT less hassel. But in the times ive been there, I can see the loyalty of there customers .... often stating the same things I've relayed here. Their 5-star reviews are well-earned and well-deserved!

My family knew Robert and Jason when they had Robert and Son's Mobile Auto Repair. Unfortunately for us we lost track of their phone number, but recently found it again. What a lucky break for me. I was told by another shop I had a broken control arm and need both replaced for $1,100.00. Robert at On-site Auto said, that was not correct and it was a harmless noise in the brakes that he could fix when I had my brake pads replaced. Also, my transmission wasn't shifting as well as it should so the guys changed the trans oil and filter. Then I got an oil change with Mobile One and a State Inspection. My Cadillac runs beautifully again and I am so happy. These guys do fast fair priced work and above all they are VERY HONEST!!! 💗💗💗 I am happy to be back.

Great service, It is quite far from home. I called couple of times to the service center to make sure they do replace break pad for my Volvo XC 90. Since I am going there first time, I don’t know how they do the work. I was there at 9:00 AM, they took my vehicle immediately and did the service less than an hour. Also they did work on other stuffs and I was not charged for the service very nice people and very professional. I would recommend to go there get your vehicle service done.

Instead of fixing the coolant leak they did repair for oil leak where oil was not leaking. I went back as the coolant still leaking and mechanic said he will give discount as he fixed the wrong one but after coolant fix only 10% was given, initially I paid 400$ for oil fix(no issue but did some repair) and for coolant again 450$.

Heard something that sounded like whining noise on my Infiniti SUV. Brought it to this family operated shop. Then, had the father properly determine the problem as a right front wheel bearing. Then, Son added an axle into the repair order, since they are tightly attached to each other. It does makes sense to replace both of the pieces together. Repair was finished several hours later, I was back on the road that same day, and at a fair price. The noise is gone for six months now.

I had a very disappointing experience with Onsite Auto Repair. I brought my car in for a lower ball joint repair, but after the service, I noticed a dangerous wobbling in my front tires during travel. It was clear that the lug nuts had not been tightened properly. I explained this to the staff, but they showed no concern or willingness to rectify the issue. As a result, I had to take my car to another shop to diagnose and fix the problem. I was told that the loose lug nuts were likely caused by the technician, possibly someone named Jason, but I’m not sure I completely believe that. The lack of accountability and basic safety oversight was very concerning. This experience has made me very hesitant to return or recommend Onsite Auto Repair. Safety should be a top priority, and unfortunately, they failed in that regard.

Robert and Jason have worked on my car numerous times. They replaced my radiator and now the heater worka great. The evap system can cause many different problems and they figured it out. Robert even came to my house to fix the clutch. I am very happy I found this shop.

They damaged my car by not lifting properly on the lift and argued with me claiming that I had scratches on my tire therefor did it myself. The indentation on the sides of my car a clearly from a lift. The plastic covering cracked as well and they claim it was just the paint and it wasn't warped. I talked with both people and they did nothing about it and just said they can't admit fault. The older man wasn't there when it happened and its my word against the other person. I asked for them to cover for the damages for the sides of my car and they just brushed me off and told me to claim it under my insurance. Why should I claim it under my insurance when it wasn't my fault??? Just in case they want to claim I didn't come here for the maintenance on my car I attached my invoice. Play by play 9:30-ish I walked in for the service both people were there then older man left to do something younger man asked for my keys and pulled my car in check my battery and I asked for and oil change. He gave me a price point to which I agreed. During the lifting I heard A LOT of cracks from my car. I assumed that was normal when lifting the car (evidently not) he puts his hand on one side of the blue and yellow lift and it pulls down on the left side of the car and it looks imbalanced while being lifted. I am going to assume that is why the left side damages are worse than the right. 11:15 He put my car down I paid and he pulled it out it was much more sunny out now so I noticed warping in the sides. I parked my car and told him immediately to see what can be done and the rest is history.
