Thank you domar auto! My father told me about this place because they didn’t charge him for a new fob, and instead showed him which piece to get. That kind of rapport building was what made him rave about their honesty there. I haven’t felt comfortable at auto shops as a woman. I’m moving out of town and will greatly miss how comfortable I felt here. They show photos of the vehicle before doing any work transparency with customers about work needed on vehicles. High quality work on my then-dying car. I learned so much about how vehicles work from everyone here, especially Saleh. The customer experience bar for women at auto-shops may be in hell, but the mechanics here truly go above and beyond. Thankful to everybody who took proper care of me and my vehicle. Domar auto truly is a five star business ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service, communicative, and reasonably priced. My car died on a Sunday afternoon at a nearby gas station. These folks were able to get me a tow to the shop within the hour, very impressive. Thankfully the issue was an easy fix. Once the shop opened on Monday, they were able to diagnose and repair same day. I'll definitely consider this shop for future car issues.

My car overheated on the way home from work. I called Domar for a tow to their auto shop at 7 p.m. on a Wednesday night. The woman who answered was so helpful, kind and prompt. The wrecker was on site in 40 minutes. I received a text the next afternoon with pictures of the problem and a detailed breakdown of the issues and reasonable cost of repairs. After approval of work via text I picked up my vehicle on Friday. I would absolutely recommend Domar for an excellent honest service especially if you have a car break down somewhere on the road. Will be giving my business to Domar in the furure

I had a great experience at Dorian automotive. I met Sofian who is super genuine and suggest not to spend money for couple of things I wanted help with. He could have easily made a couple of hundred dollars but he instead suggested me to do it and even spent 15 to 20 mins showing me how to do it. Would definitely recommend him for his super genuinely. Thanks you so much Sofian.

Domar Automotive is a great place! We broke down on a Sunday and they came and towed us to their shop and got us heading home safely Monday afternoon. We live 3 hours from Dallas. Sofyan was so helpful and Mr Omar as well. We highly recommend them! Will not hesitate to use them again if we are in need of a mechanic while Dallas/Plano area! Great caring people as well as a great business. I would give them 10 stars!

After having my car start overheating from truck debris I found Domar on google maps and called to just get a tow and was told they give a discount if you tow to their repair shop. I agreed (mind you this was just after sunrise). Pretty soon after it arrived at the shop they started updating me between text and phone call (for photos, estimates, links for financial etc) to cover all grounds and make sure everything was clearly laid out. The shop is very well managed. Repairs were made very quickly after parts arrived, everyone was very helpful and professional. Even though they are a bit far, I’m saving them to my google maps because it’s well worth the drive!

Incredible experience with these guys. I was having car issues and had to get my car towed from my house. They came quickly, the tow truck driver was kind, tried helping me jump my car and was overall empathetic which I greatly appreciated during the time. I also got my car repaired here. The mechanic was a great communicator, reached out to me on multiple occasions giving me status updates about my vehicle and was transparent throughout about pricing. Genuinely couldn't appreciate these guys enough. They're good and honest people, incredibly hard to come by such great people in the automotive industry. They're worth their weight in gold and I'll be coming back here whenever I need anything else done to my car. 5/5.

Special shoutout to Sofyan… He took great care of me and was attentive to all my questions and concerns throughout the process of my truck repairs. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and had great, positive energy! The customer service was from all the other staff was amazing as well. From the nice woman who arranged the tow service, the guy who towed my truck and found a quick solution given the circumstances, to the other people also calling to check in with all the findings and give updates on my truck repairs. I appreciate that they are honest, professional, and take great pride in giving their customers the best service! I never feel taken advantage of and that’s so important for single women like myself. I will always recommend and do business with Domar. 10/10!!!!

My brand-new Chevy Silverado had its wheels stolen and a window smashed. The team at Domar went above and beyond — they literally took the wheels off their own personal truck just to safely move mine into the shop without causing more damage. That level of care and integrity is almost unheard of. They handled everything — from dealing directly with the insurance company to making sure I felt calm and taken care of every step of the way. It’s rare to find a business that treats your problem like it’s their own, but Domar does exactly that. I’ll never take my truck anywhere else. Nothing but pure professionalism, kindness, and old-school honesty. Upstanding business all the way. TBH my truck looks better now than it did right off the lot. Thank you!!!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Dishonest, and unprofessional. They were used to tow a car but couldn’t even do that properly (didn’t have the appropriate tools, etc). The man attempted to back up near our garage and ran over our the neighbor’s main water line. I have attached the videos. They are denying to fix the water pipe properly (they attempted to with a “plumber” with cheap supplies and the water line broke again). They are denying to fix the pipes now. Please don’t use DOMAR AUTOMOTIVE. Shady service and super dishonest.

I am so thankful and grateful for Demar Auto-repair. They did an excellent job with my engine. Getting my coil packs and spark plugs putting them on. They did a very detailed diagnostics to also to find out i needed alternator and to fix some other things up under my hood. I am so grateful for them. They are the best. They're very kind, courteous and very professional. And it's pretty speedy and with them they have the towing company, which is also good as well. I was in a car wreck last month and had issues with the first body shop I took my car to. A tow truck driver recommended this shop, so I decided to give them a chance — and I’m so glad I did. My car looks brand new, even better than it did before the wreck. I truly appreciate their follow-ups, communication, and commitment to getting everything handled properly.
