I came to see Mark from a recommendation from my tow truck guy. I needed a full engine replacement and he gave me a great deal. I was given the run around about when my car would be ready, then when I arrived, I sat at the shop for 5 hours in the freezing cold thinking my car was ready. The entire process seemed rushed & I watched a group of men research how to fix my car live. Now, just 90 days later, I'm at the dealership spending thousands of dollars to get the parts replaced associated with the engine they replaced. Extremely nice gentleman & great family business, but I think my issue was outside of their scope of work & now I'm paying for it.

I went to Mark’s DFW automotive to fix my front bumper and a few more items at first, when he received my vehicle, he diagnosed it outside and let me know what we need to do on the car he went and purchased. The items are ready for me and told me an estimate of how much is going to be costing. At first, I only wanted to fix the bumper, but Mark talked me down to a great deal to fix the bumper and what is remaining on it. like the weather sensor & etc. now I’m moving on forward with Mark to fix my brakes. and I have a rear damage we’re going to be fixing and it’s all going to be for a great price he said.
