My absolute favorite thing about my car is it's matte paint. After my car accident, I was worried about getting it worked on. Robert was my service advisor and he was outstanding! He reassured me that my car was in good hands and he answered all my questions. I was kept up with the progress of my car. I received updating text messages throughout the process. The final product was great quality work! My car looks even better than before! I will definitely recommend!

They had my car for a month. I feel my car was just sitting in their garage for 4-6 days before they started to work on it because a part was supposed to take 10 days to deliver, 4-5 days because of Christmas/new year's holidays, and another week to install the new part in my car. Other than that, pretty good job, doesn't even feel like I had an accident, and great paint job. Next time I'll try to get a rental before dropping my car off so I wouldn't be Ubering around which was expensive.

Although I came to Crash Champions 10 minutes before close I still received the level of service that I would have at the opening. Alyson was very polite and has a very quirky personality. She was simply awesome from beginning to end. It was the end of the work day and Alyson was very patient and assisted me as if I was the first client of the day. My car had a lot of sticky stuff on it from goo gone! After washing my car 3 times I was not able To get the goo gone off my car. Elias Sanchez sprayed a chemical on my car and was able to get all of the sticky stuff off my paint of my jeep. I recently had my doors on my jeep painted and I was afraid that it would have to go back into the shop and I would be back into a rental car. Elias could have said let me give you an estimate and we can see how much it cost to remove the sticky stuff. Instead, he offered to help me get it all. Now days most places are about making money and don’t provide great customer service . Because of the level of service that was provided to me by Elias and Alyson I will continue to use Crash Champions for all my bodyshop needs.

Went to get an estimate after my back bumper tapped in a parking lot. No real damage but bumper cover knocked out of alignment with rear quarter panel. They took it in the back to look over, came back in 15 minutes with it repaired and with the response of 'thank you for your service,' when they saw my military license plate. I know where I will go if I really need a repair someday!

I had my car repaired here after a front-end accident, and the quality of the work was excellent. Everything looked great, and the car was running great. Later, I had an issue with one headlight that had been replaced by a different shop. Because of that, they explained the issue was outside their warranty, which was understandable. Even so, they asked me to bring the car in, inspected everything thoroughly, installed the new headlight I purchased, and made sure everything was working properly. I had an absolutely incredible experience at this establishment. i went to take my car in for repairs and they went above and beyond for me and my car. throughout the whole process i received real time updates on my car and they finished it way faster than i originally anticipated. not only did they fix the original issue with my car but they did paint touch ups in multiple places on my vehicle, cleaned the outside and inside of my car, put shiner on my wheels and so much more. my car has not looked this incredible in such a long time and it is due to the care and compassion of the employees that i was able to receive service like this. Frank Gonzalez was in charge of my repairs and he did such an amazing job with informing me and keeping me updated about my car. you can tell how much he truly cares about his work and his guests and he went above and beyond for me. i cannot recommend frank or this establishment enough i had such a wonderful experience here.
