Exceptional Service: Horizon Performance Repairs Dealership Mistake and Turbo Replacement I cannot praise Horizon Performance enough for their exceptional service in rectifying a dealership mistake and performing a turbo replacement on my 2017 Ford Transit van. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise shone through, making what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth. Upon discovering a leaking turbo oil inlet tube and subsequent bearing failure, I turned to Horizon Performance for assistance. Not only did they swiftly diagnose the issue, but they also identified cross-threaded and over-tightened bolts in the head, which had caused damage to the manifold. Their attention to detail and thoroughness in the diagnosis instilled confidence in their abilities. The work performed by Horizon Performance was exemplary. They replaced the turbocharger assembly, repaired the turbo oil inlet tube, replaced damaged turbocharger bearings, and addressed the issue with the cross-threaded bolts in the head. Additionally, they replaced the damaged manifold and meticulously inspected surrounding components for any further damage or leaks. Throughout the repair process, the team at Horizon Performance kept me informed and ensured that I understood the steps being taken to address the issues with my van. After not knowing anything about cars, I contacted Danny and he gave me great faith that he would figure out the problem in my vehicle. This crew is amazing, and the owner is fantastic at communication. I left feeling like I was driving a totally different vehicle! Took her in for seasonal tire swap out, front wheel bearings and an oil change. Some cars in the queue ahead of mine had some issues which meant my car was not ready at the end of the day, but the owner and some staff willingly stayed until the job was completed. I offered to leave it a second day, but they wouldn't allow that :) Every employee I encountered was very respectful and professional all around. Definitely will be returning for every single car service in the future and will be referring everyone I know! Thank you, Horizon!

The owner is an amazing guy, his prices were reasonable and his work is phenomenal. He respects the car owners and cars, aswell as the industry as a whole. He deserves all the respect he has earned from me and others, and you can really tell he cares by making sure everything is on time despite circumstances. I hope his business stays busy and easy for him, he deserves it with the care he puts into the vehicles and customers. I required a total engine replacement, and he was furious when it was late on arrival, and put my car at the top of the to-do list due to it being up on the rack and already been dismantled. As soon as the engine arrived, he promptly got it in within the day, and had the car running like brand new. I can't thank him enough and will be suggesting him to anyone who needs car work done in and around the area.

It is not to often that you go to the mechanics with a vehicle that has 135k miles on it without being sold something. Was given a clean slate. I dont know much about vehicles as im a plumber and rely heavily on the honesty of other tradesmen when it comes to repairs. Went in heavily concerned with a potential hefty bill to ensure my lady can drive her vehicle safely and left with peace of mind and a comfort in taking our vehicles to Chico going forward.

Very professional! Great communication! We needed work on our 2007 Nissan Xterra with over 250k miles. Our Nissan was sitting for two years in our garage when we contacted Horizon Performance and they were able to fix the issue. I want to thank Chico for all his hard work in our community he wasn’t judgmental about the vehicle and was very positive about our situation. The pics show damaged components that needed repair Our Xterra has more power than it ever had!!! We need more honest hard working mechanics like Horizon Performance mechanics!
