I took my Honda to Hotei in April 2023. Was suppose to R and R power steering fluid, differential fluid, brake fluid. NONE OF THIS WAS DONE. I found out when I took it to another repair shop that showed me the dirty fluids. Very disappointing to find out that I was charged for work that was not done. Never recommending Hotei to anyone!

We started taking my wife's car here. When I was General Manager at another automotive shop. We have brought my youngest daughter's Nissan 300ZX 1985. Dominic was agreeable to working on it and fixed or clutch. All of our Hondas will always come here prices are reasonable. And when I drive away whether it's a brake job or a clutch job. Or any job.
