From the moment I began to have issues with my car, Jennifer Crouch was such a nice, and helpful representative to have help me. Went in for "warranty" work. Sadly it was 4 months past the warranty. But we were able to get it done the same day and out within the 4 hour window. Turned out to be $100 less than quoted. And Jennifer the service rep, gave me two energy drinks for the 2 hour rude home. The driver service to and from a location for the day is very helpful. And, they washed my car when they were done! Perfect touch.

Typically I’ve had a positive experience here, but this time I had taken my car in to get an issue diagnosed. The issue was diagnosed and I was told that the parts have been ordered and once all the parts are in, I can come in to get the issue fixed (and was advised to not drive anywhere far/on the freeway much) to be safe as they couldn’t be sure how risky the issue was. The next week, I was informed that the parts were in so I scheduled for the same week due to the safety risk of driving in the meantime. But when I went in, after spending all morning and afternoon, I was told that there were more parts needed that were required that they assumed were in already. As a result, no work was done on my car and I was told that I would need to come in yet again. I am extremely disappointed as they did not even make sure that all the parts were in before contacting me to come in so I had to go all the way and take time off work to go. Not to mention they warned me about driving with the issue so they knew it’s a safety hazard, and still acted carelessly and now I need to drive the car in that condition for even longer while I wait for the new parts to come in.

The reason why I’m leaving a review is for someone to learn from my horrible experience and maybe think twice about coming. I needed an engine replacement because my Hyundai sonata engine seized. It took 1 month in line to be diagnosed and they told me there was 50 engines that needed repair before mine. It would take 6 months or longer. I did not want to wait and Jennifer told me to pick my car up. I had it towed to my house and the engine was taken apart and all the screws were in a pile under the hood.
