We were in town for a small window of time and needed a detail desperately on a van that had extreme stains and cigarette smell. I was so grateful to find Mobile Auto Shine Society had an online booking system, allowing me to view their availability without taking too much of my time or having back-and-forth. They arrived on time with clear communication and gave me updates throughout the detailing. They spent extra time beyond what was committed to on their website which we really appreciate! During the service my 5 years was intrigued so he popped out and he started to watch her. He has a little electric car and she went above and beyond by allowing him to wash his own . Jess gave him a little spray bottle with just water and a towel . As a parent that was so awesome to see . Amazing service !!! My Ford Focus turned out smelling fresh and squeaky clean . I now just had my Subaru detailed on the inside as well and I got the Same amazing service . Thank you Jess I won’t be using anyone else and I highly recommend!

I am blown away at how amazing my old car looks after taking it in to Duvall’s Detailing. My car looks brand new! I’m very impressed at the attention to detail that Jessika has. She truly notices everything. Her communication was amazing as well. She sent a lot of photos throughout the detailing process and updates with how it was going. I had a paint correction done on my hood for some scratches and had them do a basic exterior wash. The wash its self was okay still have bugs on the front end and windshield and definitely missed a few spots. They also buffed out some stuff on my door and tailgate i did appreciate that. I have gloss black wheels that I purchased maybe 3-4 months ago I was very worried about scratches and they said they had the stuff to do it. I got home really late last night so I looked at it this morning and of course there was scratches from a brush on the wheels. I’ve driven this truck maybe 200-300 miles since I put the wheels on so they are practically brand new. I texted them about and they basically told me they didn’t do it and that happens to gloss wheels. I do understand scratches happen from just driving on roads but these are obviously from a brush. Luckily I polished them up and scratches aren’t as noticeable just hoping this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
