I’ll give them an extra star because they charged me half of what I was originally quoted. But they failed to diagnose any of the issues I took it in for. Overall not impressed and won’t be taking my vehicle back.

I went in to the parts department at this dealership with my guard up and expecting a headache to buy parts for my out-of-warranty X3. On the contrary, I had a very pleasant experience. Told them my husband was going to service the car himself and they didn't give me any grief or pushback at all. In fact, I even got a small discount on my purchase because of the relatively large value of parts I was buying. Will be coming back here for sure. I was ready to start shopping for parts online from websites like ECS Tuning but even though they can't match online prices, they gave gained a loyal customer due to the positive experience I had at their parts counter.
