Had some issues with a previous Tire shop that did not know how to balance tires properly and had vibrating issues. Couldn’t get ahold of them and finally called Ontrack and Ramone was very helpful and professional with his work. He was quick and showed me the issues and solved the problem immediately. I will not be using big tire shop/franchises again. I will be using my tire/service with these local guys in the future! Thanks guys!

My husband had an appointment on Friday at 9:00am and I took work off to pick him up. We waited until 9:30am..NO SHOW, no answer on phone, no email return. So once we spoke to him later that morning. He apologized and said there was an emergency he was dealing with and he could get him in on Monday at 9:00am. So again I took work off to meet my husband there for his ride and Now again a NO SHOW!!! NO Call, not answering phone. This is terrible customer service and not to let us know is very rude. I do not recommend this shop

A big shoutout to the guys at On Track! Ramon diagnosed a faulty brake booster in my Ford Edge. At a very reasonable fee I might add. Turned out that it was covered under an extended warranty. I was curious how a place could have ONLY 5 star reviews. Now I know why. I live 3hrs away my radiator went out on me on a Friday evening, I was able to find a radiator at a parts store. The guy gave me the name of this place, only mechanic place open on a Saturday, and I showed up at their shop and JR was more than happy to help me with my small problem. Even though he had other work to do, he made it a priority to look over all the items I had in question, he was honest showed me the fluids showed me the pressure testing he was fantastic. Thank you I will return

While camping at twin lakes my serpentine belt broke. Turned out my AC compressor pulley bearing was shot. Scheduled to bring truck to On Track next day and Ramone already had spare parts in hand when I arrived. Truck was fixed next day. Ramon is amazing!!! On the way to Bend my vehicle was having coolant issues. I called On Track Auto Truck & Tire at 3pm on a Saturday and asked if they could look at the vehicle when I arrived In town about 4:15pm. Ramon offered to stay open past 4pm, closing time on a Saturday. Upon arriving he immediately found the issue, a loose hose, tightened it and pressure tested the system. Within an hour I was back on the road.

Needed a tire replaced on my Jeep in a pinch, busy day. The owner himself was working and he stopped what he was doing and almost immediately started helping me when I showed up. He had his floor jack out withtin 7 minutes and had my rig jacked up and they rim removed. Very fast service and appears to have done a good job. Recommend them and good to help local business versus the big chain tire stores. Total experience was just about 30-45 minutes. Definitely not long enough to where I was watching the clock just enough time to catch up on emails.

It was a dark and stormy night...really! My Toyota 4Runner failed on the highway in the midst of a heavy rainstorm. Ramon, from On Track Auto, came out and saved me. Soon thereafter, he determined my alternator was the culprit. During the replacement process, he found my serpentine belt was on its last leg and replaced that too. Ramon showed me the old belt and I feel lucky he checked that carefully during the alternator replacement. The experience with On Track, and Ramon in particular, was as smooth as can be imagined. He followed through exactly as he outlined at the start, kept me informed, and the total cost was very fair and honest. I would definitely recommend On Track Auto and have every intention of being a long-term customer. Great Job On Track Auto!
