I came in to have my front brakes done as I thought that was causing the issue with my car- Joshua confirmed my suspicions of it actually being the lower control arms and that my brake pads were fine. Josh and his team had it done in a couple hours and only charged $789- a fraction of what I would be charged anywhere else. Josh also had his team clean and de squeak my brakes and replaced some of the broken clips all FREE of charge. After driving my car I quickly realized they had eliminated all the issues I was experiencing. This place has wonderful reviews for a reason and they have another customer for life. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for brakes and alignment needs. I contacted them on Tuesday I believe and they had me in two days later- nothing scheduled crazy far out!! Exemplary customer service as well, never making you feel dumb like most places try to do. Could not recommend them enough!

Had a brake line brake on me on a road trip and although busy, they got me back on the road quickly and for a fair price. Guys at the shop were awesome. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the brake line again a couple of days later and had to get it fixed again. Called them and they were apologetic and got me a full refund. People make mistakes and they owned up to there's and made it right. Would 100% take my vehicle back to them.

Extremely pleased with my experience here. Had extremely squeaky brakes on my Toyota for 6+ months. Toyota dealer wanted something like $120 for an inspection alone. Central Oregon Brakes For Less was able to get my truck in same day, inspected for free, and fixed the noise for an extremely affordable amount. Not to mention they turned the work around in under 2 hours. Absolutely amazing. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

I will always be taking my vehicles from here on out! The management here is absolutely top notch and do not tirelessly try to up sell pointless and early repairs. I got my 2006 STI front rotors, pads, tie rods and an alignment for a very reasonable price. After getting the services done it was found that my wheels were unbalanced and instead of trying to get me to spend more money at his shop he suggested I get the tire balanced then made sure everything was in order. 10/10 service and probably the best shop experience I’ve had in Bend! I highly recommend using brakes for less. I have historically use less Schwab, but their price was fairly expensive and this was an emergency that needed to be dealt with right away. The team at breaks for less was friendly and I felt like they were watching out for my best interest. Not only were they 25% less than the Schwab. They also showed me what needed to be done versus what didn’t. I will definitely be using them again in a few months when my next vehicle needs brakes. I highly recommend you check them out, even though their shop is not as shiny as Les Schwab. The quality of work is definitely better!

The most genuine and understanding guys you’ll ever meet. Les Schwab had told us that our car was at 3mm and had been making a horrible grinding noise when driving after they serviced the car. We took it to brakes for less and were helped almost immediately. We learned our brakes were at 4mm and the grinding had been from a metal plate behind the rotor that just needed resurfaced. They helped us NO charge and even took us back and explained everything and let us ask questions. If i could give these guys 10 starts, I would. Honest and great work.

I’ve been coming to this shop since I moved to Bend a few years ago. They always take great care of my brakes and axle. The staff are honest, friendly, and never try to upsell anything. Prices are fair and service is quick. There’s a new Starbucks next door, so it’s easy to wait with a coffee while your car is being serviced. If your brakes don’t feel right, just stop by and they’ll do a quick road check to see what’s needed. Highly recommend this place!

This past summer, the brakes in my truck were starting to go out. I ended up taking my truck to Les Schwab first and was quoted a huge amount of money to fix the problem (of course with a bunch of other things they were trying to upsell me on). I then reached out to brakes for less and was told that I could bring in my truck that day to get a quote from them. They were able to fix my truck for less than half of what Les Schwab was trying to charge me, and got it done all within a couple of hours! The guys working here are so kind and helpful, I will be loyal to this company for all my future brake needs!

About a month ago i had a rental car in bend and woke up to it making the most INSANE sound when i drove. Hertz would take hours to get there and i didnt have much time to spare. On a whim i puled into Brakes for Less and im sooo glad i did. The men working that day were out of a movie kind, helpful, and a can do attitude. They knew from just the sound it made that a rock had lodged itself in my tire.within minutes they had lifted it up in the garage removed the tire, removed the rock, and had me back on the road FOR FREE. They even gave me the rock a souvenir for my big road trip. Truly could not have had a easier, seemless experience. incredible people, incredible customer service. Don't think twice just go here they are the best!!!!
