I inherited my father’s 2004 VW Touareg, it needed some TLC took it by. The VW place here in Bend and just got the run around, I found Peak Euro they were more then happy to take a look at it and it needed a lot of work. They put it back together runs like a new car, they keep me updated when service is needed like rotating tires and the girls in the office Ashley and Chaundra are the best! And the tech that had to do the dirty work on my car. Thank you Stefan your great.

First time owning a European car…took her to Peak Euro for oil change and inspection. The team was very nice allowing me to ask all sorts of questions. I was able to speak with my tech while working on vehicle. Spotless car bay area. Pointed issues that need to be addressed. Inspection text and email estimate for concerns received by end of the day. Great experience…will use Peak Euro for all my car needs…Thanks Updated in February Left and Right front stabilizer replaced. Price quoted was what I paid. Work was completed quicker than expected. Car runs beautiful. Staff is always courteous and friendly. Always willing to answer any questions I have. Nik is my cars technician…appreciate everything he does to keep my car running smoothly. Nice shop, very clean, staff all seems top notch. Customer service and communication was incredible. I just had a simple oil & filter change done on my Mercedes GLC300, and they also do a complimentary inspection. That is the reason for only 4 stars - as a part of the inspection, they checked tire pressure and reported it good (green check mark) at 32psi in each of all four tires. Here is the funny part - these cars run differential pressures (35 front, 42 rear), and the TPMS system will alert you if this is off based on the rolling diameter of the tires and feedback from the ABS tone rings. I had just rotated my tires and precisely set the pressures 3 days prior to bringing the car in, so when I saw the inspection report stating 32psi in all four, I immediately checked them again right after picking the car up. Yep, still at 35 and 42 just like I left them. Which makes me wonder if they even checked, or just pencil-whipped that part of the inspection? And certainly they would know that this car intentionally runs differential pressures? Things that just make me wonder...

A week ago my Sprinter van broke down north of Bend, so I quickly called Mercedes of Bend to see if they would be able to work on the problem. I was feeling very discouraged because the service department said that they would not even be able to diagnose the problem for two weeks. This was very disappointing since I live eight hours away in California. Most shops near my home won’t even change the oil on a Sprinter let alone fix a faulty engine. I then called a few places in Bend and Peak Euro said to bring it in first thing, and they had me on the road with new parts after two days. They went above and beyond to take care of me, my dog, and our little home on wheels. Because their customers were telling me what amazing work they do on their cars, I asked for a full service and new brakes too. I only wish that I lived closer to Bend so that they could do all service and any repairs for my van. The staff are so kind, and enjoyable to be around, that I asked management how he picked such a great team. To top it off, I received a phone call to see if I made it home safely, and asked if the van was performing well. I know that they have such high ratings, but they are truly the very best. Thank you to all the staff who got us back on the road so quickly and made our experience so enjoyable. I see you now as friends and Hannah (my dog) loved everyone too.

I strongly recommend Service Advisors Bret and Ashley. Most of my experience was with Bret. He's awesome, very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge. Very transparent and his communication skills are at least a 10 star. A few times when Bret was unavailable Ashley stepped in and was awesome. They make a great team. Because of them I can now drive my Audi Q5 without the owner's manual on the front seat.

Talented and kind, everyone I’ve interacted with at Peak Euro has been delightful. The work is extremely thorough, keeping my high-mileage MINI humming. I’ve been well taken care of, with courtesy rides or loaner vehicles when needed and great communication from scheduling through pickup. The inspection reports they send are **chef’s kiss**, with a clean layout and the perfect amount of detail and pictures. Prices are clear, fair, and explained up front, which makes a world of difference with older European cars. It’s clear that great service, both in the garage and in the lobby, is part of the culture here. Highly recommend.

As a first time customer, Peak Auto was a great experience - I have an Audi and I usually go to the dealer for its annual oil change etc., and a stranger recommended Peak Auto to me, so I decided to give them a chance, and I wasn't disappointed. When it was discovered that my car would need to stay the night for additional work, they delivered a loaner car directly to my house with all the paperwork filled out, and, overall, the experience was great. They provided video coverage of the recommended work as well as an itemized overview (of what needed to be done), and they didn't overcharge. Also, all of the employee's are super pleasant, happy and professional...I highly recommend Peak Auto.

I bought a used Audi back in November. My first time owning a European vehicle. I’ve had a lot of apprehension around the potential for repairs and the cost that comes with that. One thing is for sure is that when I go and consult Peak Euro they are interested in pleasing their customers. The customer comes first and that comes out in their acumen and their approach to working with you. They aren’t overly persuasive and dodgy. They are transparent and to the point, which is exactly what I’m looking for when it comes to getting my vehicle serviced. They are very knowledgeable and they give you access to their techs. If you’re looking to own a German vehicle, but are apprehensive about having knowledgeable people in the area of Bend you should feel comfortable knowing that Peak Euro will be there to make sure that your experience is top-notch. I cannot say enough good things about their staff and their approach to customer service look no further than Peak Euro.

I have a 2008 Volvo XC 70 with upwards of 250K miles and I have always had it serviced at the dealership in Portland. I live in Bend and needed work done urgently and Ashley the service advisor was so accommodating and fit me right in and provided a loaner so I was able to keep working without a hitch!! They did a thorough diagnosis and recommended replacemetn worn out parts etc and I have done a couple other services since and its running like new!!! I am so pleased with with technicians and the customer service at Peak Euro!! I also appreciate Anton the trusty driver picking me up and dropping me off in between!! what could have been a disaster was handled masterfully by Ashley and the team over at Peak Euro. A busted oil pan unfortunately turned into a seized engine and their team did excellent work getting a brand new engine installed. Ashley went above and beyond to help me understand and navigate the whole situation. Everyone I talked to felt very qualified and enthusiastic to do their job. The first 250 miles on the car feel amazing. 10/10 recommend to any euro enthusiast. I wouldn't ever want to do the process again.... but if I did i'd trust the folks at Peak Euro 🤠
