I wash very skeptical as our Tacoma was in perfect condition before this dent. Nikki called is and went the extra mile to come back out and show us exactly what will be done and assured us that we would be satisfied. She even got it done earlier than expected, washed it by hand and guaranteed the everything. We are very happy.

I want to like this shop because the people who worked here seemed nice. However they told me my repairs would be done within 2 weeks, and it took over a month! I understand if there are parts shortages, but in my case there I was told there was not. I would also call the shop to get progress updates and I would get hung up on, or repeatedly told to call back. I also wish they were more upfront with what they were going to repair so I wouldn't be so disappointed when they only fixed part of my vehicle. They repainted my doors, and you would think they could use the same paint to cover up the scratch damage to the front end that was part of the same incident! Overall dissatisfied, would not recommend.

I was at Caliber Collision for an estimate today and met w/ Tom. He was upfront and honest. He offered an immediate fix which met my needs. Josh took care of the dent and explained the process each step of the way. They were professional and knowledgeable. I am a very satisfied customer and much impressed with how they care for their customers.

Ups and Downs I guess.... The communication is great from the shop. 5 stars for that. First time I picked up my "fixed" vehicle. Marker light just hanging out. How do you miss that? The main reason I brought it in... the front tire got hit. The alignment was never repaired. Second time I picked it up. Alignment was supposedly done but the wheel center was off. Third time I picked it up I came in a day later after I received the message that my truck was "washed and ready for pick up" Unfortunately my truck wasn't there... Was still at the alignment shop. Cooled my heels while they went and got my truck. Not washed I might add (trivial thing but it speaks loudly to the message I received). Got my truck back finally. Looks good. License plate is on crooked on the new bumper. Was out last night and the headlights that were replaced do not turn on! I found that out when I was pulled over by the police. Looking forward to the conversation with the shop this morning.... I would not recommend this shop or if you do use them be prepared to be more detail oriented then they are Update: Called this morning as stated above. I'll give them this. They wanted to make it right. Super accommodating. They picked up my vehicle, fixed it and returned it home. Thought we agreed that they would text me updates. That didn't happen. In the end... My truck is fixed but I have zero confidence in the workmanship because of the experience.

I had a great experience with Niki Nelson at Caliber Collision for my recent vehicle repairs. The staff went above and beyond my expectations and communicated very well throughout the entire process to keep me up to date on each step of the process. I took my vehicle into Caliber on 8/7 after an accident. They repaired my vehicle and I picked it up 2 weeks later as expected. First issue was that as I drove away from Caliber, one of my tires was almost completely flat. I returned, they re-inflated the tire, and it was okay. I get it, might have been random. It happens. The main issue was that they never finished the repair. Upon pickup, I noticed that there was still a panel of the car that was damaged. They told me that they would order the part and call me when it's in and I could bring my car in to be fixed, no problem. Over the next 2 months, I called weekly checking in on the part. I chatted with various receptionists, managers, regional managers etc. who all assured me quick resolution, the part was on it's way or the part was already there, and that they'd call me before the end of the day with a resolution. It's now been 3 months past my original repair. My car is yet to be fully repaired, and communication from Caliber has been non-existent. Wouldn't recommend for any vehicle repairs. Update: 11/13: I sent an email to the commenter below on 11/6 and have yet to receive a response.

I took my car for a repair after an accident. After the first drop off the repairs were done subpar and the paint was done so poorly the Mylar couldn’t be reinstalled. The bumper was not attached well at all as well. The staff were condescending and told me that I shouldn’t expect it to be done well due to my car being 7 years old. The paint also does not match. My car is white so this shouldn’t be difficult. I dropped it off a 2nd time and the bumper was still not put on well and they blamed the parts. This makes no sense since it was put on slightly better than the first attempt. If you need repairs I highly suggest going somewhere else. Save yourself the headache of dealing with this shop.

Jeff and his team did an amazing job on my repair. Not only were they able to get my car in for an estimate and repair the same day but had completed the work before any other body shop could even get me in for an estimate! My car turned out better than I expected. The convenience of picking up and returning my rental car there was a huge plus. They made what could have been a very trying experience simple and worry free!
