Awesome honest shop with good communication. I just needed a wheel alignment and a quick defroster connection repair. They got me in quickly and not only got the job done at a reasonable price but Anthony the owner came out and discussed the overall condition of my vehicle with me which I really appreciated. I had a thorough inspection performed a few months earlier by another shop and had some of that work completed. Anthony found and reminded me of the couple of items I hadn't gotten to yet and had almost forgotten about. As I have a long road trip planned for this summer I got on the schedule for those items to be taken care of too. The quote they gave me was a couple of hundred dollars less than the last shop I was using too so bonus there. Highly recommend!

Professionalism The team at S&P are top notch. We have had a few repairs here. They communicate very well and stick by what they say they will do. Our last repair was for our daughters jeep. I am very pleased with my first experience here. Lacey at the front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly which goes a long way with making one feel comfortable about the work being done. I felt that the price was very fair, and I will continue to use this place as an independent mechanic for general maintenance and repairs. My only wish is that they reported to Carfax for a clean history of service, which is why I have always gone to the dealer for maintenance.

Anthony and his team are good people. I called this morning about an oil change and they were able to fit me in a few hours later. When I showed up at the office, I was greeted by Lacey, who was very friendly and easy to speak to. Anthony came out quickly after to take my keys and discuss any issues I was having with my car. He took my car for a spin to see if he could reproduce a sound that I had experienced. He then completed my oil change quickly. Once finished he let me know that my car was in good shape and things I should be mindful about for the future. I always have and had another positive experience at this shop. I highly recommend Anthony and his team for your vehicle needs!

these folks know what they're doing! I felt like they exceeded in customer service and didn't charge me too much in the end! They kept me informed on what they were doing and explained it all as they went. Just take your transmission issues here. The mechanics are experienced and it's just a good choice, if you need a reason to choose! Trust this review!

I brought my 2010 Sprinter Van/RV to have the alignment done after being referred by Discount Tire. The van drove fine but the camber was off so the wheels were tipped in / \. Getting the wheels straight before installing new tires seemed like a good idea. The first alignment appointment they said the camber wasn't adjustable. Really? So, I provided them with detailed instructions via email on how to adjust the camber and re-scheduled to have the alignment done. During the appointment I asked why it was taking so long; the front desk guy gave excuses why it was so difficult and said the mechanic was frustrated (could hear tools being thrown around). I told him I could take it elsewhere if he didn't know what he was doing; he assured me that wasn't necessary. 2.5hrs later they pulled the van around. The typical $78 alignment somehow turned in $217.27. I questioned him about it and said that wasn't right... then finally gave in and paid him to be done. Now, the camber is off the same amount as before just the tires are doing this \ / instead of / \. How hard is it to make tires straight?? Now it wanders and the steering wheel isn't straight. So, it drives worse off than before. I called and confronted them about the issue; he argued that was the proper spec and I didn't know what I'm talking about. Really? Great customer service. Finally he said the owner would call. 5 days later... no call. I emailed. No response. While sitting in the waiting room, I heard numerous other issues with other customer vehicles. They clearly are not professional or skilled. Bottom line: You might be fine for certain repairs. However, they will accept work beyond their ability and won't resolve issues. Take a chance or find a different shop. I've now scheduled to have the alignment done in Portland by a reputable shop I've worked with for years. No idea who would recommend these guys!!! See attached picture.... They only needed to adjust the top bolt to set the camber properly. As you can see, it is easily accessible.

I brought my car here after having transmission issues. The transmission was replaced 3 months prior by a different shop that refused to diagnose the current issue. S&P is by far the most honest and reliable shop I have encountered. They spent a lot of time with my car and gave me a fair quote to fix it with options. The owner took the time to go over the issue with me, as well as give me tips to continue driving in the meantime until I can afford to fix it. If i could give a 10 star rating, I would.

6-6-25. Today I had my transmission serviced at S&P Transmission Shop in Bend. My car was taken in right on my appointment time by technician I believed name Ron. He was very pleasant when we met and he did an excellent job getting my transmission serviced that will last for some years now. Car runs beautifully! Also kudos to Lacey, the office manager with whom I enjoyed a nice chat during the time my car was being serviced. Lacey was kind enough to honor my coupon and that saved me some extra fundss as well. I was very impressed with the S&P shop and the very friendly and highly qualified staff. I will definitely return to this shop should I need any additional car maintenance in the future. : - )

Coming here to add yet another review of this shop. I have now taken multiple personal vehicles (ranch life, you have at least two trucks plus a daily driver, it is what it is) and recommended countless friends, all of whom feel the exact same way about S&P as I do. So I felt it important to let it be known that I will never, ever, go elsewhere for a mechanic. They never over charge and always shoot me straight, a true unicorn situation. I love them and hope that everyone else gets a chance to heal their relationships with car care because it's rough out there. But it doesn't have to be.
