Every now and again you experience nice folks who make your day! I had a rear quarter panel on my Jeep that had "popped out" about 1/2 inch. (A $65K vehicle and stuff just pops apart?! What?! But I digress...) I went to Premier Auto Body & Paint to see what could be done. The Lithia Jeep dealer had my vehicle for a full day and said they couldn't fix it. Yet after about 20 minutes at Premier I was driving away with it FIXED! "How much do I owe you?" "Nothing!" Wow, I am impressed and highly recommend if you have an issue needing body work, use Premier Auto Body & Paint. They're great!

I had been on a waitlist with a different auto body place since November. My insurance company suggested trying premier early in May and I'm glad I did. They were able to get me in right away. My replacement rental wasn't covered under insurance and when I told them that they worked with me to expedite the repair. They had it done in 4 days. After hearing horror stories from other people about waiting for months at other repair shops, I was so happy to have such a positive experience. And they did excellent work on the fix. Absolutely recommend them, so grateful, very professional and customer friendly experience!

Earlier this year my former 2018 Elantra GT Hatch sport was rear ended. This would be the second time I’ve taken my vehicle to Crash Champion (when they were known as Premier Auto Body) I’ve been to both locations but I do prefer the one the east side, just personal preference both are wonderful. The staff was extremely accommodating and incredibly friendly! I had my car back in a timely manner. The workmanship was impeccable. If I ever need (hopefully not) any type of bodywork done to my vehicle due to a collision , I wouldn’t even consider going to any other auto body shop. Excellent customer service

We had our Explorer repaired after a rear end collision grounded us. Kyler and Holly arranged to take us in in an expedited way and made us feel we are the most important customer. Besides doing an amazing job, they also did it very quickly which sets them apart from all the other body repair shops. A week later a hit and run driver scratched my rear fender. I thought I need a respray of the bumper but Kyler came to my rescue and had it polished out in 10 minutes. If you are unsure which body shop you want help from, look no further, they will take very well care of you. I highly recommend them!
