Overcharged for poor service, and unreasonable markup on parts and labor. 250% markup and $200/hr to wedge a window into place. They didn’t even call around for the part that they told me would take 3 days -week to get. There was one at a Napa store for 1/3 of what they were going to charge me for it.

Unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience I would highly recommend not taking your vehicle here for service. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Service dept. seemed to care more about their phone customers than their customers in front of them. A class in customer care is in order for the entire dept.

Needed a fix on a door part for my Jeep. Service representative guided me to parts department; parts manager found what I needed; service rep was kind enough to do a quick install. Easy, peasy...in 15 minutes. Thanks for the great service!

Worst finance manager I have ever had to deal with. I have never met someone so rude and so disrespectful. Bought a 2020 ram 2500 Laramie, they over filled our DEF, had to have the truck towed back to the dealership to fix, it only had 70 miles on it at that point, they lost my keys and didn't know which vehicle they went to. They had to walk around the parking lot pushing the remote until they found which vehicle it went to. I absolutely would not recommend them to anybody.

Service department sucks! We bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee last July, very nice vehicle and we love it. We get free oil changes but Conveniently the last 2 times we have tried to take the jeep in they haven't been able to get us in. Went over this morning to Bend early soley to get the oil changed, mind you we love in Prineville. We're told Saturday was by appt only. Really?!! Might as well just do our own oil changes. They were not sympathetic at all that we only drove over for that one reason. Very very disappointed and angry.

When I purchased my vehicle, the price included free oil changes for "$980". I told the salesman I did not want to pay $980 for "free" oil changes but he said he can't change that. I took my vehicle in to get the oil changed and was asked if the air filter needs to be replaced would I like for them to do that. I said sure but already knew the air filter was new and did not need replacing. Total price of the free oil change... $72. $50 for a $10 air filter and $15.00 in labor to install the air filter. I've never heard of a place charging $15 labor to install an air filter that was purchased from them. The free oil changes still has a price that added on to the total purchase of the vehicle. The fact that they don't negotiate if a customer doesn't want that service why should they have to pay for it?

1. We waited months to bring the car in for service due to the Coronavirus. 7/1 was mandated for indoor mask wearing, so we thought it would be safe. We were wrong. Not one employee in the service department was wearing a mask indoors when we entered. They only put on the mask when they approached us. We are retired. This issue is important to us. Do you realize how many people over 60 drive Jeeps? You should protect your customers. Not blatantly ignore the law. We also took our new Toyota in for service this week. Everyone was wearing a mask. It is obvious they care. We are lifers with Toyota as a result. Rating: poor.

We recently bought a Ram 1500 from Lithia in Bend. Austin Warr sold us on it and we couldn’t be happier. I am always worrisome of salesmen when it comes to car shopping but Austin made our experience wonderful and seamless. He was knowledgeable and he looked out for our best interests. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership when purchasing a vehicle and trading in a vehicle. We left quite satisfied and now happy owners of a new truck!

Google said there service department was open on Sunday and they did tires. I drove 90 miles from Christmas Valley on a donut tire thinking they would be able to help me with my flat tire...? I was once again mislead by Google what a waste of time. Apparently there are no open tire shops on Sunday in Bend, what do people do in this town if they get a blowout or a flat tire and don't have a spare on a Sunday!? This town i terrible its cold and nothing stays open after 10pm. 6-9-2022 Whom am I supposed to be contacting exactly? Do they have a name so I'm not calling randomly to be put on hold forever..? Google said your service department was open on Sunday, I showed up there and it was closed. I drove 2 hours on a spare tire from Christmas Valley Oregon to possibly get my tire fixed or replaced. Bend has no tire shops open on Sundays..... the only place open in Costco and you have to have a membership just to get any tire service work done.

The worst experience ive had with a service provider. My insurance has repeatedly asked for photos of the damage my car has incurred, yet this shop has repeatedly FAILED to contact them, resulting in the case being closed twice. I submitted my car on May 8th, and as of June 15, not a single thing has been to done to rectify my claim. Quentin, the service provider answers the phone with exasperation and dismissive condescension, all the while NOT escalating my claim as it should've been done SIX WEEKS AGO.

Only reason for three stars is the two people I spoke with were polite. Otherwise 1 star would have been appropriate. When I arrived I was asked what I was there for. The young lady said I would have to wait for a specific person sitting next to her. After about five or so minutes he came in and said I would have to wait for yet a third person to finish what he was doing to check me in. This third person was working with someone and never even acknowledged I was there. Once he was done with them another person walked in and he immediately asked them if they had been helped even though I had been standing there so I left. It was already 20 minutes past my appointment time. There were a total of 5 people in that room and yet I had to wait for this one individual just to get checked in for a quick oil change. They are in the middle of a major renovation so things were messed up, but that isn't my problem. Still deciding if I will give them another shot.

We purchased a beautiful 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie in Bend, OR. Low miles and a great price! There was a download upgrade that needed to be done and Lithia in Eugene did not charge anything under the 60 day warranty which was great. The finance manager got the loan all hooked up with no surprises. Very nice dude! I would definitely buy from them again. Ask for Sean Benton, the car guy!!

Would give 0, but that isn't an option. Jared Jordan, the service manager, is extremely unprofessional. After filing a formal complaint with the DOJ, his response was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. In the official response to DOJ he criticized me calling me entitled and then went on to criticize my mechanic, knowing nothing of the situation or circumstance with my mechanic. He was also making excuses about his department's lying about why they didn't fix my recall when other area dealerships have been fixing the same recall for months. He also stated that they are able to because they are in larger areas, however, upon contacting those dealerships I found them to actually answer their phone, answer questions and treat their customers with care and courtesy, something the Bend service center is sorely lacking. I guess I am just entitled however, and expect too much, like honesty, customer service and communication. Here is part of Mr. Jordan's response: "I'm going to guess her mechanic has no idea of what is wrong and now she is demanding money to find another mechanic who can figure it out for her, that is her entitlement I suppose. If she had opted to have our highly trained technician diagnose the vehicle after the recall was performed she would most likely have her truck up and running instead of sitting at her mechanics shop with him scratching his head wondering where to start and how to fix it."

I’m on a road trip in my ProMaster, currently passing through Oregon. There was a recall on my vehicle due to the transmission, it was also time for a oil change and tire rotation. I called several RAM dealers in the Portland area while passing through there, the people on those calls were very confused around what the recall required and were a hassle to deal with, some their pricing for a basic service was also insane. One lady was also harping on about the auto workers strike affecting recall inspections which made no sense as most vehicles don’t actually need parts replaced. We stressed the fact that our priority was just wanting the vehicle looked at to know if our transmission was affected (our VIN had a recall on it for the transmission inspection). After such bad experiences on these calls we decided to check out dealers further down on our road trip route. Lithia RAM was the first dealer service department we spoke with that gave us the exact recall inspection information in a complete and concise manner which was extremely refreshing. They were clear on what the recall inspection was and potential next steps pending the inspection outcome. The cost of a service was also in the ~reasonable~ ballpark. So we decided to hold off on the service and recall inspection until we got to Bend. We had a great experience during the appointment (with some much needed hot chocolate) and were glad we came to this shop for the inspection and service. Everyone we dealt with was polite, professional and knew exactly what they were talking about. Thank you guys and girls!

Carson is awesome!!! The next guy didn't seem to listen to anything we said. I would have given it a 3 star except for Carson was so great. Chris did a great job also.

So often people forget to give good reviews. I brought my used jeep in, bought out of state, to evaluate a check engine light. The tech / service manager? was super busy but super helpful and found time to scan my code and tell me about it. He then later called me to tell me that he reactivated the warranty that typically expires when a car is brought in from the Canadian market. Amazing. He didn’t have to do that. Thoroughly impressed.

I had to jump on and share my experience with this service team. I think it was...Zack and Quinten who assisted us. We had moved to Bend this year. We were nervous about leaving our service dept in Reno, NV. No need to be nervous. This team diagnosed the problem with our 2024 Jeep Gladiator and fixed it quicker than anticipated; and they were so nice and professional. I know a lot of service teams around the country work on commission and so you always feel service is overcharging. Not Team Bend. Fixed everything under warranty-no added charges- and again...made us feel welcome to Bend. Never feel apprehensive about bringing your vehicle into this team.
