First, despite the name, they work on all types of cars and are one of the few shops in town that work on height top vans. The estimate was easy and they were able to fit me in quickly. The work was done a day before I expected and I can’t tell they did anything, which is great.

My experience with European on my 1983 Porsche 911SC has been more than disappointing. The initial collision happened well over 6 months ago, and I am still having to return to have items fixed. If this wasn't bad enough every time it has been returned they have kept the car for WEEKS with little to no improvement. Not all is bad though, if you need body and ONLY body work done Bill will do it well. I have no problems with the body work and this is the ONLY reason it got an additional star. Beside Body work everything else is Garbage. the paint does not match, it is close but there are still orbital sander marks in the HOOD! the over spray is all over the car, even after they had it "buffed and detailed". The level of detail is terrible. the reapplication of the clear bra is not correct, the door sticks still the headlight washer system is still broken but it's OK because "no one uses it anyway". This shop has seriously damaged my faith auto shops. I am appalled to have been recommended this shop by the folks at Carrera. Go to a recommended shop by your insurance company so at least you can hold them responsible when the screw things up. Please don't use this shop. I am a level 3 (one under master) BMW Service Tech, I used to build jet engines

European Auto Body Works, is amazing! My car is treated with care, nonetheless someone in the post office parking lot backed into it causing damage. Derek Dammen was wonderful! He was so careful with my car! Matched the paint perfectly, had it done on time, and stayed within the bid. Recently my Mon's car was damaged in a parking lot by someone who hit, then left while Mom's car was parked. Again Derek has been awesome. I got European Auto Body Work's name from a friend who had work done and was impressed by the quality and price. I recommend them with confidence. And even better, Derek Dammen is a treasure to work with! Efficient, knowledgeable, and kind.

I had the front bumper of my audi RS5 repaired and replaced after some shipping damage in my move. The parts were really difficult to lock down and the repair was tedious. Derek took a lot of time to make sure I was always informed and ok throughout the process. Car came out looking better than before and I was really impressed with the work of Tony and the shop guys. Great owner too who helped make the process go smoothly. Heavily recommend. The negative comments below are bogus. Trust these guys with your car.

Absolute life savers! We showed up on a Friday afternoon needing a quick fix of our rear bumper after a hit and run at our hotel parking lot the night before. Derek at European Auto Body Works immediately assessed the damage and was able to get us safely back on the road to continue on our road trip. They were in contact with me through the entire process, assured me my car would look like new, and took pride in their work. They do an excellent job and made the process the easiest I have experienced. When picking up my car, it was fully detailed and looked as good as new. They went above and beyond my expectations!!! Google keeps reminding me of how I came here, and to leave a review, and I was going to hold off, but here it is. Derek really is amazing. I made the mistake of buying a used car as-is, that had been modified by the previous owner. Realized after an accident they either did the modifications themselves, or took it to some back alley place that will do anything for a buck, regardless of the shoddy workmanship they put into it. Because of the accident, no body shop will even look at the car because they do not want to deal with the hassle of working with insurance, and trying to come up with an estimate that will work with the damage that was done, along with fixing the modifications. Derek was straight up and honest when it came to what it might take to fixing the car. No promises were made, but he was so easy to talk to, and said they’d be willing to take a look at the car to see if it may be something they’d be able to get back to factory settings. Which I was completely okay with. Insurance paid out what they would be willing to pay for if there hadn’t been modifications, and I finally took my car in after having it at Three Peaks Auto to fix things European Auto wouldn’t be able to fix. My mistake was going in while Derek was on vacation. Mitchell, the owner, makes it very obvious that you should not go in if you are of the female gender. He will talk down to you, and mansplain things that you’re already fully aware of. He is also a one-upper (if you did something, he too did that something, but to a much greater degree) and talks negatively about his employees. He will not listen to you, and is extremely well-versed in the copy and paste skills, taking the estimate from the insurance company and slapping it into his own program, and says, “look, ma, I did a thing.” I went there expecting the experience and knowledge of Derek. I went in hoping to get an estimate for fixing the whole vehicle. What I got was the displeasure of dealing with Misogynistic Mitchell.

Derek and his team are the best! If you have any need for body work, this is the place to go. I got three quotes for some hit-and-run bumper repair work. The other two shops wanted to completely replace the bumper, hence their quote was twice that of European Auto Body. They fixed the bumper and it is as good as new. So very happy I found this place to do corrective repairs from a local "reputable" shop. I went the quick-and-easy way first, going to the place partnered with my insurance company and who could get my car in immediately. Derek was easy to work with and repaired additional items that were not caught by myself or the insurance adjuster. He even dealt with the other shop contacting him for proof of what he was doing. I wish I had come here first - it wouldn't have taken three rounds to get my vehicle repaired correctly. I also hope I never have another vehicle accident or damage to one of my cars (I'm OCD about their condition), but I would go first to European Auto Body if it does happen. THANK YOU so much for fixing my 4Runner and making it look like I just drove it off the lot! I also met Mitchell and while he was not as personable as Derek, he was welcoming, and we had some fun chat time while waiting for estimate to be done.

So easy to work with! Worked with both Derek and Mitch. They both knew what was going on at all times, so I could talk with either to get an update. Only place in Bend that would work on our Land Rover. Just sheet metal work, no frame damage. They worked with our insurance company and it was a piece of cake. Honest, fast and looking at the LR you would never know there was ever work done to it. Highly recommend!
