★☆☆☆☆ Save yourself a lot of time and just order your parts online. After 20 minutes of waiting for what is apparently the only person who can help you at the counter to get off the phone, I just surrendered and left. I could hear a number of people in the parts room laughing and joking around, but apparently none of them will come to the desk. I finally just elected to order my parts online from someone that wants to sell something.
