Went in for a dryer belt and the store owner said the belt usually breaks because of another problem. He recommended a kit with the belt, four wheels and an idler arm. Boy was he right! Two of the old wheels were frozen and the old idler was really stiff. After cleaning out the dryer and replacing all the parts it's like a brand new machine! Really glad these guys are there. Can't recommend them enough.

Paid $125 for them to tell me my dishwasher needed a new control board. Then they quoted $210 for the part and another $125 for the labor. I bought the part for $46 and replaced it myself in 15 mins. I would have given them 3-stars if they got the diagnosis right, but the repair did not change anything. Just a scam to get you to buy a new appliance. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because they came out the same day I called them.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I came in with my arms full of dryer parts. I knew I needed a new heating element for my Samsung dryer, but was unsure how the other parts were. They tested them for me and got me set up with a new heating element, and luckily, nothing else had to be replaced. Super friendly and knowledgeable folks here! I have the new element installed and 5 loads in, it's going strong with no issues. They mentioned they'll start carrying dryers and other appliances soon, so my next purchase will definitely be here.

Our stopped drying because it was not heating any longer. Rather than shop for a new set, I decided to see about repairing this one. A quick internet search and the all knowing web said it was likely to be a thermostat. Ordered a new one off Amazon (mistake) and replaced it but no help. Some testing and yeah. - a few questionable words later and I decided it was our heating element. I called APO and was told that it was not in stock and would not be here until Christmas Eve because GE had 3 in Jacksonville. Well that would never do so he suggested that I could replace the element instead of the whole heater assembly and that part would be in by. Noon the next day. The hardest part of the repair was moving the washer out of the way and now my family has warm dry clothes for the holidays again. Lesson learned, buy local and from an actual person who knows a thing or two about what you are fixing. Awesome service, awesome parts and awesome pricing. Will use them again and again. Thank you!

We chose this repair company due to their high reviews, but our experience was disappointing. They missed the first appointment, citing an unexpectedly lengthy job, which seemed reasonable, so we rescheduled. However, they missed the second appointment as well, despite claiming they were "on their way." By 6pm, we realized no one was coming and hadn’t been notified. When we reached out, they apologized, saying this was uncommon, but two instances of poor communication and reliability make that hard to believe. It left us without a working dishwasher far longer than expected and we would not recommend them. Hopefully they fix these issues for future customers.

Excellent service! After having dealt with another "repair" company (very costly misdiagnosed repairs, additional parts that never came, and phone calls never answered), I called APO. Ryan made a special trip to my home on the weekend to check out the situation. He was upfront and honest, stating that the machine needed to be replaced -- much too old to continue repairing. He took measurements to confirm which new machine would fit in the rather small area and Erica sent me links to several new machines to choose from. Within a couple of days, my new machine was professionally installed. Ryan and Mike were very polite and careful about the installation and Erica was very kind, answering my questions regarding warranty purchase. I HIGHLY recommend Appliance Parts of Oregon! Really nice, honest people. Easy to work with...and I love my new machine!

Amazing service! Super friendly staff and we are fans of the same football team! You guys were awesome! I searched all over on the weekend for a pulley for my dryer tensioner. Absolutely no one had the part I needed. I even thought about rigging up a makeshift fix but I saw the outstanding reviews for Appliance Parts and figured it could wait. The wait was well worth it. They were super informative and sold me what I needed not what I thought would fix my dryer, based on YouTube videos. The owner (I assume) explained to me that he would be wasting my money if he sold me just the pulley and further explained why I needed more. I appreciate all the advice and outstanding customer service. I will be referring Appliance Parts of Oregon Sales and SERVICE to anyone and everyone! Stop buying new appliances have them make the repairs or fix it yourself, it's not that hard nor expensive. While I was there I heard him explain the cost of repairs to a customer on the phone. He added value to what they do through a simple explanation of process. I run an automotive repair shop and I instruct my technicians and staff to do the same thing. Thank you again!

Bad faith--misleading and unprofessional. Like another review below, our technician no-showed our 3-hour appointment block, no notice, called after to reschedule, then was late to the reschedule (basically put our whole day on hold). Sounds like it's not a rare occurrence after all like they claimed. Tech showed up unprepared without the part they promised to order for the repair, glanced at the problem, said part not available, charged us $150 and said the fee could apply to a new appliance purchase, and was out the door in less than 10 mins. Felt icky and disingenuous. Main office didn't care whatsoever about the failed service. Hope the $150 was worth it to you guys for bad faith reputation per other similar reviews.

The folks at Central Oregon appliance were friendly, helpful, and experienced. From the phone call to the actual repair and only good things to say. One of the most important things for me is that they were timely. We had a repair we needed to do much sooner than later and they worked it out and got someone out here. I wouldn't hesitate a moment to call them again if I needed help with my refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher or range/oven.
