Chad got me in on very short notice, he was very accommodating. Chad installed what he said he would and was done when he said he would. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend if you are looking at getting suspension or 4x4 work done in the bend area. He installed a Thuren lift kit on my truck, it rides fantastic. If I end up needing another turbo, I’ll gladly drive back from Boise to get it done here.

I had a wheel bearing go out on my Ram, I replaced it myself, but the ABS computer was throwing fits and quit working right. I needed to get back on the road in a hurry, I had to pay a higher rate for emergency service, but it was well worth it. He was able to get me up and running within the hour. very knowledgeable good customer service and the dogs are very sweet lol

My truck broke down in Mt. Bachelor parking lot in a storm, with my daughter, after driving up from Reno. Someone recommended this shop to me, I called and spoke to Chad and I explained my problem. I got a drop off tow after hours with Consolidated. Chad was booked up but was so kind to do a quick rundown alongside his normal jobs. Found the issue and got me rolling home the next day. He didn't have to take my rig in. My daughter and I are so greatful for his help....we were stranded in Bend with stress and unknowns through the roof. Made it home with no further issues. Our 2002 LB7 Duramax had bad injectors and was making a nasty injector knock noise. After several other shops failed to diagnose the issue correctly, Pacific NW quickly identified the real problem — and most importantly, got it right. While performing the service, they also took care of several other issues they noticed along the way. We truly felt like they treated our truck as if it were their own.
