I was just looking in the Smart Shopper in Bend and they have a "before" and "after" ad and just couldn't believe that they would bother to fake it. Those are 2 completely different Porsches! One is a Turbo, one is not...different wheels, different brakes, different bumper, different side skirts, etc. If you can't be honest about your ads, what else are you dishonest about?

Mike and Braden have provided exceptional service on two of my vehicles especially noted was the repair to a blown out luggage rack for a 1999 Eurovan. I thought the piece was beyond repair when someone suggested I try Autowerks. Several weeks later I had a better than new luggage rack. Follow up work on the van and another vehcile has been done with a similiar level of excellence. I highly recommend Autowerks for their professionalism and attention to detail.

Mike and Melissa are amazing - I won’t go anywhere else for bodywork and I refer anyone who asks. I’d guess they’re one of the few body shops who can actually do restoration work. Rates are highly competitive and the work is second to none. Go and chat with them today!

Came here to get an estimate done for my car, and got the run around. Quoted me about 9,000$ to pop out a dent and told me I needed way more work done than I ended up needing. Told me I basically needed to replace panels of my car when all I needed was them popped out. Charges way more an hour than anyone in town. And takes way longer than everyone else. Would not recommend unless you want to give away your money. Ended up paying 1,200$ for what I needed done. I recommend doing your homework and calling other body shops in town to get a better quote. Ridiculous.

Bend Smart Shopper magazine led to discovery of Autowerks. They are conveniently located a walking distance from home so I went to inquire if they would repair the paint and pull a dent in my classic car. Mike adjusted the quote number of times considering my preferences and budget limitations. The quote also factored in my contribution in removing individual parts from the car before they were painted. I appreciate how flexible and understanding Mike is. Once agreed on the cost the repair was scheduled within a week. The repairs were complete faster than anticipated. Silver base with clear coat can be a challenge for even the best painters. The appearance is also a subject of individual perception. Few imperfections were fixed with grace with no questions asked. A great quality service any customer should appreciate. Final repair is excellent. The paint is flawless. Probably looks better than new. Quality of the body work is phenomenal. Fender looks like it was just stamped at the factory. I appreciate Autowerks courtesy, attention to detail and customer appreciation. This is the place to revive your classic car. Recommend.

Are looking for an uncommunicative, unorganized, and unethical auto body shop? If so look no further! Autowerks Exclusive is the place for you. After getting in a relatively minor fender bender, that none the less left my truck un-drivable, I reached out to Autowerks. They were very reassuring. Yes, we work with State Farm all the time, Melissa said. Should take a couple weeks, she said. If the truck is totaled you could buy it back and we could fix this for like $2.5k, Mike said. When State Farm’s estimate was wildly different than their estimate, Melissa said not to worry we will submit a supplement. “This is just how it works.” Many weeks passed, they were waiting for “approval from insurance company.” They stopped answering my phone calls. Two months after the accident they let me know my truck was ready for pick up and unfortunately insurance only covered half the cost. The balance $4k. When did I approve that work, I asked? You signed our form when you dropped your car off, that gave us permission to do whatever, Mike said (actually this form was an approval for a non-existent estimate). Essentially he claimed it was a blank check. You should pay more attention, Mike said. What a fool I was, thinking they would ask if I wanted to proceed with a repair once insurance had determined what they would cover. After a couple weeks harassing State Farm, I was able to get them to cover most of the difference but I got zero help from Mike and Melissa. They made it clear that this is just they way they do business. If you’re looking for any level of customer service I’d look elsewhere.

Had the pleasure of working with Mike and Melissa! After the neighbor accidentally tapped my truck, I needed to have the dent and paintwork repaired. Got the truck back in less than 3 days and it looked better than before! Couldn’t of been more pleased with the work done on the rig and the considerate cost of repairs.
