Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Ordered a set of Mikuni carbs on 1/2/23, Brian told us shipping no later than 1/4. No tracking no emails no calls. I called and emailed a handful of times with no answer. Had to block my number to get a response. Lie after lie from Brian. I finally called my bank. Carbs showed up 1/20. I had already bought another set after waiting two weeks. Read the other reviews on here, I wish I did before I wasted several weeks.

Meh... ordered headlight brackets and after over a month of no communication or sign of the brackets, had to call. Then they all of a sudden were shipping out. Still took an additional couple weeks to receive. Then I ordered some extra rubber strips for the fork tubes, but a month went by. They delivered to my PayPal address, which was different than the previous address I had them send the brackets to, but that’s ok. I still never received them and it’s been over a month.

Brought my 1980 Suzuki RM80 to Speed Moto Co. for new carbs and a throttle cable replacement. They performed a full rebuild on my Honda XL125. The work was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them for both side jobs and overall work if you're local. Everything was completed in about 2 to 3 days.

I ordered a taillight and after a few weeks I still did not received it. Kept saying shipping label made. But was going nowhere. Was told it was out of stock and would be in that week. Still nothing. So emailed them again and was told it was in customs and would be in soon. Then got an email from them saying they refunded my money. With no explanation. I will not order from the again after wasting a month waiting. Would not recommend.

The parts where machined well and come as advertised with good packaging. I accidently ordered the wrong size clamps for my new headlight set up, but they responded to my email quickly and offered to ship the the correct size for me.

Ordered a headlight bracket, came in fast and good quality product, the price was high but I was confident it would work and very exited to put it on with my new headlight. When it came in they sent me two right side brackets instead of a right and left side which basically makes it useless. But they sent me a new one so no problems anymore.

On a trip to the coast from Kansas, needed parts for my Mikuni flatslide. Hutson had everything I needed. Made it to the coast and back to Kansas no trouble. Great group of guys.

Ordered a set of Mikuni’s for a cafe project. Brian was quick with the order, and readily available to answer questions. Outstanding support. Will absolutely be returning to Speed Moto for parts in the future. Thank you!

Needed a specific throttle cable for a 72’ Honda XL250 resto-mod I’m building for my mom (I rode on the tank of hers when I was a tot) They had great communication, and speedy shipping. Thanks, SpeedMoto. Mom’s gonna love her new old bike!

If I could give Zero Stars I Would. Buy your parts somewhere else. I purchased mikuni 34 carburetors with a 2 into 1 throttle cable and an electric ignition for my xs650. The carburetors had to taken apart to fix the sticking floats and the jets were also wrong which I had my veteran Yamaha motorcycle mechanic rework and dial in with correct sized jets. The throttle cable was to short which would not allow the stock handle bars to be turned to the left or right with out revving up the bike AND then the Best part. The electronic ignition is faulty. When the bike warms up after 10 minutes of running, the electronic ignition goes crazy and sticks sending a constant pulse of power to the park plug on one side. This was confirmed again by a Master Yamaha motorcycle mechanic who has worked on Yamaha xs650's since they were new in the 1970's and 80's. I have reached out to this company with several telephone calls and several emails to them. They have never called or emailed me back. I have thrown my money away on useless garbage from this company. Do your self a favor and buy you parts somewhere else. After talking with the company they want me to ship the electronic ignition back at my costs ($45) prior to a refund. With no mention of refund for the cable or cost incurred to fix the New carburetors. That ain't going happen, I lost enough money on these purchases. A word of advice to people looking for xs650 parts..... Buy them somewhere else.

Ordered a gps speedometer only to have it arrive with a bad module out of the box or something along the lines. After hooking it up and starting the motorcycle there was no power to the speedometer. Touches power and ground directly to the battery and still no power. After contacting Speedmoto about the issue, their customer service rep responded with a simple email saying “Bummer, send it back to the address so we can fix it”. I may be wrong but I bought this speedometer brand new and paid brand new prices, so why would I want a refurbished part when I didn’t send out a bad one to begin with.

Mikuni "custom jetting" is a bit of a joke at this point; If you can find a cheaper Mikuni elsewhere might as well just buy that + a tuning kit instead of what SpeedMotoCo is offering. The different intake-runners that have been sold over the last few years are a bit of a joke as well depending on your application. Customer Support via email is lacking. Learn from our mistakes & find another vendor

If you order a part and it doesn’t work out for you, good luck trying to return it. They will not respond to emails or calls/voicemails. This is my second time ordering from speedmotoco and have been disappointed both times. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

they can never get it right unfortunately. 2/3 times i’ve ordered something from this website i have received something different entirely. it turns into a dispute and it’s frustrating especially when it’s something dire like vehicle parts. i will give two stars because they are incredibly helpful if you do reach out to them. just tiring that it has to be done in the first place. recently ordered some headlight brackets from them and what i received is nowhere near what i was expecting. not even sure how these would mount up, the holes from bracket to shaft collar literally make no sense. i have no use for these and i spent nearly $80. this isn’t the first time something like this has happened from speedmotoco. i don’t normally write reviews but ugh.

I bought CB700SC carb kit from them. They deleted my last 1 start review where i went in depth about how they took 6 months to ship me the incorrect carb kit and then two months later shipped me the "correct" one. They did not "tune" the carbs like they said, the floats were not even set. The manifold has terrible welds, harsh angles that ruin the stoichiometry and airflow, and they dont have a recess in the mounting points to ensure a firm fit. The product is terrible, the company is terrible. The fuel lines they include go stiff and hard after a few months at most even when kept indoors. They ignored my emails after sending me the wrong part until i threatened to give them a bad review. And the worst part of it all, the reason they took so long to ship me my parts is that they just didnt feel like welding. After they already took my money. They routinely said "just a few more weeks our welder doesnt want to weld right now" and did that until 6 months had passed and they shipped me the wrong part. Just spend the extra $100 on the murrays carbs and get a better kit with a better company. I wish I did that.

These guys are hacks. Ordered RS Mikuni carbs, custom assembled to fit specific bike and received with missing screws and instead of installing the correct assembly bracket or cutting and altering they cut/notched the choke knob instead. Just a shop that hodgepodges parts, give you whatever is on the shelf and doesn’t have the correct knowledge to know exactly how you should do things. Said I wasn’t happy with what they did and was told “that’s how you do it”, “you’ll forget about it when it’s on the bike” and basically can’t get a new one so just deal with it. Spent $1500, could’ve went through someone else but now I have to deal with getting a replacement choke bar and who knows what shotty work will show up once I get the carbs on and running. I’ll never use these guys again.
