Can’t really imagine having a worse experience. We made an appointment for 1PM for an oil change and winter tire swap. When speaking to service advisor Gio, he told me it would be approximately 1 hr. I decide to stay and walk outside. After returning in an hr, the car still hadn’t been moved. Understand they can be short staffed/busy, don’t really mind an extra half hr-hr of wait. 2 hrs later, no update. Service advisor knows I’m inside waiting but provides no update. At 345, ask, hey coming up on 3 hrs, any update? No update. 430PM- customer that had 3PM appointment gets finished before me. Finally at 450 they give me my keys with no explanation or apology. Nearly 4 hours for an oil change with an appointment? Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I continue using Bend Honda to service my 2016 Pilot. They are always quick and reasonably priced. I always try to use Ty. He always does his best to get me in and does his best to keep the costs within reason. I have not had any major problems with my 9 year old vehicle. That may be due in part by keeping up with the periodic service done by the qualified people at Bend Honda.

Very friendly, professional, and courteous staff! Had an oil change and tire rotation on an older, high mileage Honda vehicle. Tires felt strange afterwards, but they got back to me right away when I reached out to them. My go to place for my Accord! Bend Honda has taken care of all my automotive needs since I bought my car in 2008. With nearly 200,000 miles on this vehicle, it runs incredibly well with only routine care and expected repair due to age (e.g., the starter needed to be replaced). The service staff and mechanics are friendly, efficient, and courteous. I trust them absolutely to diagnose potential issues and keep the car running perfectly. Ty is personable and professional ~ a real asset to the Service Department. In my most recent visit, due to the starter issue, Alex and Rory kept me updated on the process and completed the care and repairs perfectly. I will always choose Bend Honda for service.

Got in right away for an oil change. Rep told me about 4 regional recommendations and explained them. I called my husband and he said go ahead. The oil change and regional recommendations were performed and I was out faster than expected. I appreciated his explaining things to me and to my husband. I was sent a text with what maintenance was coming up in 5,000 more miles. Rep walked me out to my vehicle. We purchased our Ridgeline in 2019 and have had great service since. And it’s always been a positive experience.

I’ve been dealing at Bend Honda for more than 10 years. I purchased four cars here and I’ve always been happy with what I’ve purchased and with the service I’ve gotten. I’ve always been treated with respect. If I feel like I might be getting low on oil I can come through and they’ll check and add oil at no charge if it needs it. Remy took really good care of us. The whole process of getting my car in and having the clutch replaced took about 3 business days, so not bad. Service was excellent. Only criticism is that the video we received of the explanation of the issue didn’t actually show us anything. I would’ve liked to learn from the mechanic, but I realize not all customers are interested in that.

I highly recommend Mr. Ty Clark at Bend Honda. I was concerned about an issue with my car that turned out to be unrelated to a recall, and he, very respectfully (and patiently!), took the time to answer all my questions & put my mind at ease. Daniels customer service was top notch, 4 stars! On the other hand the mechanical service was sub par, keep in mind they did a full inspection of my car. After getting the tie rods changed I experience a concerning amount of play in my steering/handling while driving down Satiam Pass, really freaked me out. I brought the car back to Honda, they said they forgot to tighten the bolts enough. When I got the car back I popped the lid and checked all fluids, my coolant was bone dry. It hurts when you spend top dollar for Honda parts/mechanics and I get this.

Christopher was great, Ty is my regular Service Advisor and always takes great care of me and my vehicles and Christopher stepped in while Ty was out and did a great job. I was expecting the worst with my vehicle but they were able to repair it without having to replace the transmission and saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you for always taking care of me.
