June 21 2025 I went for a tire rotation and one the guys there was doing it wrong I've told him and he responded very aggressively that I was wrong, he replied that I can checked with any other shop the tire rotation most be done the way he was doing it...Im not new on this , I checked a diagram how a fire rotation most be done before I went to this place, they supposed to cross the tires as the diagram shows...I won't recommend this place to anyone, if I'm paying for service don't matter the price I expect some respect and kindness. I did show respect to this guy because I know he's an ignorant person.... everything is online now days...he was trying to school me ...but anyways hoyos tire shop should hired respectful workers..

Don’t come here unless you have cash, they will charge a unauthorized tip if you don’t leave a tip and then when you call about they tell you they will refund you in 30 minutes then they say it will be 5-7 days then they tell you to come get your refund and yell at you after they steal from you. My family works hard for our money and if could have afford the amount they charge I would have gone to a new tire shop. THIEVES

If I could give a 10 star I would in a heartbeat. I'm traveling through town and I had a blowout on my horse trailer I had to wait for them to open but they got right on what I needed got me fixed up and on my way and the guys were just super awesome very friendly service very quick service and getting these tires put on my trailer I went ahead and just bought four brand spanking new ones instead of just having that one fixed and they got me in and out in under an hour very impressed Thank you guys

These guys got me a great deal on 4 new tires for my car that’s out of state. They go above and beyond what is offered at most places nowadays as they didn’t have the tires in stock BUT ordered them and had them delivered to their location the next day! Who does that?!? These guys do! So courteous and friendly-they know what true customer service is all while hustling in the heat. Don’t forget to tip these guys-they work hard and provide quality service. Totally recommend to anyone seeking good tires on short notice. A++++++

I don’t even leave reviews because I find them annoying but… I feel this place deserves a good review because of how honest and welcoming the person who attended me was He had the chance to scam and upsell me but he was very honest in telling me that my tire is a good expensive brand (I had no idea it was) and that the air leak was small enough that it would be best to just patch it Originally I was looking to buy a used tire But out of his honestly I was saved on spending more money than I was going to Plus besides that the guy was really chill and welcome If you need a place that offers tire services I highly recommend this place!

Not only did they mess up my tire and rim but they also had me waiting for a lug lock for over a month after repeatedly telling me it was on the way. Not to mention they lost my original one. Came back to get a used tire and they refused to help due to the damage that THEY had done. Do not recommend coming here.
