The service took too long and car was supposed to be washed, they took it back to the car washing spot and sprayed water only. The rear glass was dusty and my fingers were dusty after checking the cleaning at different spots outside the car. Do not bullshit customers with that “courtesy service “ . It could be better not doing anything than playing with lies.

Surprise to see this time that to get more money, service dept Recommeded wrong. There was no noise when I drove for service to oil change but after left, there was a noise in suspension driver Side left side and making noise. I think at there service workshop they destroy my suspension and ask to replace cost over 1,600.00 . And also recommended to replace other side of suspension which was work good. I drove from Queens, New York City to Hudson Toyota, New Jersey state because I bought car from them because they areToyota dealer. I Ddid pay toll $18.00 for Holland Tunnel toll plus $3.00 00 NYC Manhattan entrance toll to get there . Went there to change oil change .But this time ,staff of Hudson Toyota screw me and destroy my car . I believe in past also on recall they did not replace any parts supposed to do. When I asked show me the parts you replace, they say they destroy it even they did recall change few minutes ago.. I do give a gift to employees of this store so keep good behavior with us when we go there. Otherwise they very rude. But look like this service dept hungry for earn money and destroy any parts in there service area where we not allow to see what they doing to car. Be careful when you do next time there.

I originally gave this place a great review. Then reality set in. I was scammed and had to take my car to a trusted shop to fix their mistake. I came here because my brakes were not working. They lied, saying that the part I needed was discontinued. Turns out, the part is still available. They “fixed my issue.” I paid $500, then to find out my car is still leaking, and I was taken advantage of. I guess they figured because I am a woman I was an easy target. Now I have to pay more money to fix something they should have done right.

Everything went great. Went for the 6-month free check up, plus a fix on a recall. I fully charged to 100% the next day, and the dashboard said that was only good for 195 miles (164 with the fan on); i believe it used to be 206 miles on a full charge. This is just an fyi in case it means something before the lease is over. The app also said the recall wasn't fixed, yet, that following day, but that error disappeared by the end of the day. Initial post/review after 11/19 service. Edit 12/4 after 2nd full charge (12/2) since 11/20. For fyi purposes only, full 100% charge now reads only good for 187 miles, 157 with fan on👀👀🙄🙄🤷♂️🤷♀️🤷

This shop has been wayyy better than the shop at East Coast Toyota Service center in Rutherford. Expect high prices but a premium service you get what you pay for here. Mechanics communicate through a video portal and the agents here are detail oriented and experts at cars. Mad respect to the workers in this shop. A++++

I appreciate that they do a complimentary 27 point inspection and let you know in advance any repair items your vehicle may require. All repair items are listed under green (good), yellow (may need attention soon) and red (repair required) color so that you don’t have any surprises. They also don’t push any repairs that are unnecessary.

My son brought my Toyota corrola 2023 yesterday for the last maintenance service and when I checked inside this is what I found out , my dashcams were dismantled, unplugged, tampered with . I wasn't informed nor the service advisor that they're going to unplug those said unit. I called the service dept quinchatta if this was their policy said no and had no clue .If this was their policy then they should have send me notice thru email, txt or by phone, nothing at all been discussed about this tampering with customer personal vehicle. I was so upset that my vehicle driven home with safety features inoperable. This shop deserves no star at all. I'll be contacting BBB ...

Warranty Refused on a 2025 Camry With 30,000 Miles – Very Disappointing Experience My experience with the service department at Hudson Toyota in Jersey City was extremely disappointing. On March 3rd, I went to the dealership because the airbag warning light and seatbelt warning light came on in my Toyota Camry 2025 with only 30,000 miles. When I arrived around 9:00 AM, they initially refused to take the vehicle because I did not have an appointment. After some discussion, they agreed to try to diagnose the problem and told me they would get back to me before the end of the day. A couple of hours later, they called and told me the problem was caused by “physical damage” to the seatbelt assembly and claimed it was not covered under warranty. I asked them to send me a photo or video of the damage, and they agreed. When they sent the video, the part did not show any visible damage at all — not even a scratch. After several conversations and negotiations with both the service advisor and the service manager, they still refused to repair the issue under warranty. I then contacted Toyota Motor Corporation Brand Engagement, and they confirmed that this type of issue should be covered under the warranty (5 years or 60,000 miles). Despite this, the dealership still made me pay for the repair. To make matters worse, the dealership kept my car for two days just to replace this part, and they refused to provide a loaner vehicle. Because of that, I had to call out of work twice, which caused additional inconvenience and frustration. In addition, the service manager was very rude and unprofessional, and the overall experience made it clear that customer service is not a priority at this dealership. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Hudson Toyota’s service department for anything beyond basic services like oil changes or tire rotations. If you have another dealership or a trusted local mechanic nearby, I strongly suggest going there instead. This experience felt dishonest and very disappointing. I hope Toyota Motor Corporation reviews how warranty decisions are handled at this dealership so other customers with safety-related issues are treated fairly.
