I prefer getting my service done at Hudson. I especially enjoyed my latest appointment because it seems the service department has implemented some changes that are fantastic, i.e. the service video and text/email cost breakdown. Additionally, the staff had a great energy and I did not have to feel like I was begging to see an advisor; this time someone made eye contact with me and encouraged me to wait while he finished working with another customer. I really felt like my business was appreciated and my car was getting the services it needed. Great job to everyone in the department and the person or persons leading the department.
